ABSTRACT
The present report is based on topic as to create and build digital platform that assist to
book urgent appointment for the patients who requires medical urgency. However,
report has covered about the Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge (BHR)
System Resilience Group that is an urgent and emergency care network consist of local
clinical commissioning grup, GP federations etc.
Therefore, present report has covered the activities as to cover the risk
management strategies with legal and non- legal solutions to overcome risk using
Mendelow Matrix. Lasyly, report has defined the ways to minimize the conflict between
some key stakeholders and describe to build and develop the successful project teams.

INTRODUCTION
Project management is the practice of initiating, planning and executing, controlling and
closing of the work of a team in order to meet the defined goals at particular time. The
report is based upon the Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge (BHR)
System Resilience Group that is an urgent and emergency care network consist of local
clinical commissioning grup, GP federations etc. The SRG main aim is to provide digital
platform that helps to book urgent appointments or the patients who really need an
emergency care. Therefore, report critically describe the project scope and drivers,
project life cycle and project methodologies that helps to lead a project towards
success. Moreover, the project further present the risk and risk management strategies
with legal and non- legal solutions to overcome risk using Mendelow Matrix. Lastly, the
report presents provide ways to minimize the conflict between some key stakeholders
and describe the ways through which the project manager build and develop the
successful project teams.
TASK 1
Project constraints and baseline for project.
This is term that called out as combination of three most significant restrictions
on any project and it relates with scope, schedule and cost. Also, this is referred as
project management triangle. However, these three constraints are interdependent and
cannot be altered without affecting one or both of the others (Hillson, 2017). Hence,
project management triangle can be defined as model that aids to done things
effectively. Thus, triple constraints mainly represent the relationship between a project
scope, time and cost. Therefore, this defined in following manner as are-
Scope- project scope defined as the extent of range, breadth, reach, confines,
dimension and this helps to get the things effectively (Grare and et.al., 2018). Firstly,
scope defined the whole content for project. It can easily understand that more content
that aids to deliver the more effort and time will be required. Henceforth, report main aim
is to create online platform to book appointment of customer and assist them timely. To
carry out the project successfully, this is crucial to look over the scope of project so set
and desired goals can be achieved. Additionally, this encompasses the sum of all the
products and services that can be provided. It is critical to create the sense of order with

Employees of SRG group will be trained for 6 months about gaining knowledge about
use of digital platform.
Cost- It is termed out as expenditure such as hardware or project long cost such as cost
to people (Pan, Yin and Chen, 2019). To implement the Online platform to assist
patients with better care facilities, the estimated cost is about the £5.000.000
Henceforth, time aids to define the deliverable for the project. Additionally, cost is the
fixed components that expressed as money and it is relative factor.
Henceforth, quality is also termed out as a thing that aids to maintain the total
aspect of the project. Thus, project manager mainly focus over things that aids to
accomplish the whole things of the task.
Project drivers- It is defined as team who is responsible for setting out the
direction for the project. Thus, projective driver is accountable for project deliverables.
Henceforth, key drivers for successful project management are defined in below
contexted manner as-

Planning-
It is defined as phase that aids to create the project roadmap and this can be followed
up by the entire team. However, Hettige, Haigh and Weerasena, (2018) stated that this
is one of the effective things that aid to meet out the requirements that lay out by the
organization. At this stage, project manager of SRG group will set up a project
management team and that specialist of digital platform who can assist in executing the
project as required. This is mainly based on project that is related with business case,

into sprints of shorter span. On the other hand, traditional approach takes less time in
spreading on upfront planning and priorities as agile is more flexible in terms to carry

Traditional methodology- It follows the proper sequence as initiation, planning,

scheduling, quality assurance, quality control, risk management and product delivery
