Information and communication technology is refers to the assorted combination of tools,
techniques and resources which is utilized in exchanging or sharing the information, ideas
or the thinking with another person. it play huge role in connecting the client with the
organisation and building long term relationship with the buyers in effective as well as
efficient manner (Ahn, and et.al;2020.). the present report will examine the two
collaborative tool that deliver assistance to the business. along with that the report will
elaborate pros and cons, suitability as well as application of cloud storage, cloud computing
and ecommerce which computing in improving digitalization. Furthermore the report will
determine the privacy and security challenges. lastly the report will discuss the benefits and
limitation of network which is develop during the conflict between Ukraine and Russia by
the Russian authority.

hard situation like pandemic. As many workers of the association willing to work remotely
or work from home. With the assistance of collaboration the organisation in able to interact

19 it bring the flexibility in the working environment of the association. Along with that it
deliver assistance in bringing the positive culture in the organisation. apart from that with the
assistance of the collaboration tool in business the organisation is able to accomplish the
short term as well as long term goal in an appropriate manner (Bentotahewa, and et.al 2022).
in the modern eras technology play huge role in increasing the brand value and improve the
brand image in adequate manner. in the previous year the workers of the association need to
do same work with in the office or association. But in the current period of time the
technology is improving the performance of employees and making the life of the people
easier than before. Basically it improve the capability of the individual person. some of the
tool allow the organisation to operate the function even in the covid 19 situation which are
mentioned as follow:

of the people which belong to different area and boundaries in short period of time. The
internet is improving the network of the business enterprises in an appropriate manner. with
the assistance of the internet the organisation is able to increase the awareness among the
people. furthermore with the assistance of internet the manager of the association is able to
develop the positive business relationship with the customers. apart from that the manager of
the organisation is able to share the information and knowledge with the workers of the
company. it also improve the business value in domestic as well as international
marketplace. furthermore at the time of crises the organisation is able to generate new
customers and satisfy them effectively. Due to that thew company is able to determine the
taste and preferences of the customer in order to deliver right product to the right person for
increasing the production and profitability of the organisation (Bonfield, C.A. and et.al;
2020).
Presences of social media: with the the assistance of social media tool the organization is
able to share the information with the buyers and customers. Due to that social media the
organisation encourage the customers to buy the products and services. Along with that it
bring the communication among the people and develop the interest of customers. with the
assistance of social media the organisation resolved the problems of the customer which is
associated with the organisation. Along with that the company promote the business and
deliver values to the customers. apart from that from the various social media platform like
Facebook, twitter, Instagram, snapchat etc. the association collect the feedback from
customers for bringing innovation in product and services. The feedback received from the
customer can be positive as well as negative. With the support of social media the
organisation is able to collaborate and communicate with the audience. Furthermore it allow
the opportunity to obtain the product (Pan, 2020. )

connecting with the internet. The main function of the cloud computing is to share the data
or information, software and the resources all over the globe. It is widely utilized by all over
the world as it is cost saving process. Approx. 90 precent of business organisation utilized
the cloud computing for the increasing the efficiency of the organisation (Borra, 2020). it

marketplace. It deliver effective consumer services to the customers. It is flexibility of the
resources which decreases the complexity of manging the customers of association.

the association in effective as well as efficient manner. the storing of data include the soft
information or data which can be stored in the computer or software. The clod computing is
responsible for gathering all the data or information at one place. With the assistance of that
the organisation is able to share the files easily with the other people in short period of time.
Due to that the people of the organisation share the information and form the decision
quickly with remote working (Saykili 2019). Along with that the organisation is able to
store the data for the lifetime. With the speedy function of the cloud storage the company
can easily deliver and backup data easily. Apart from that it save the important data,
information or document from being damaged. It is depend on the internet network or the
connection for restoring data again which is also disadvantage for the association. Basically
the individual person need to sync the file for access as the data is not available offline. For

the low cost and fastest buying process facilities which the organisation deliver to large
numbers of customers in order to satisfy them. the advertainment of ecommerce business in
affordable by the organisation as int increase the sales of the company. in the modern era or
in the situation of covid 19 the people are willing to buy the product online in order to avoid
the contact and spread of coronavirus in adequate manner. furthermore it deliver more
opportunity to sell the wide range of the product to the customers. due to that the customers
remain in connected with each other. When the organisation is facing the issue of site crash
the customers are not able to buy the product and services, along with that the buyers do not
have opportunity of trying the product before buying. So they customers are not able to
check out that the product are suitable or not. Due to this reason many of the people avoid
ecommerce for the shopping. In the growing marketplace it is highly competitive as the large
numbers of competitors available in the marketplace. The biggest disadvantage of the
ecommerce is that the business enterprises do not deliver the product and services in same

the world. the pandemic situation affect wide variety of the people. in the covid 19 is
uncontrollable by the authority or the government individually as the virus and the numbers
of cases were increasing badly. so in context to that the government decide to implement the
rules and regulation on the people and business organisation. the precaution of covid 19 is to
take safety measure and avoid interaction with verity of the people. in context to that the
government or the authority put the lockdown all over the nation in that situation people are
not allowed to move outside their home and business should be operated online with half
capacity or should be closed unit the situation is not under control (Khin, and Ho, 2018).
For manging the flow of revenue and business the government allow the employees to do

they are increasing effectively. Many of the people are indulged in the unemployed fraud.
The organisation need to make sure the make of the association are having adequate

working due to that it is hard for the employees to manage the personal as well as
professional life together. On the other hand due to the development of the week password

hackers for their own benefits. In context to that the employees of the organisation need to
create strong password which include symbols, numbers and alphabets.
Another issue many of the workers were using the personal equipment or the computer or
devices due to that they are not able to protect the personal information in adequate manner.
this further leads to cyber security and it will become difficult for the people to mange and
fix the accountability. In context to that the employees of the organisation need to follow all
the rules and regulation regarding the cyber security (Love,and Matthews, 2019). Apart
from that many of the individual person indulged in the email and sites scams as they are
increasing rapidly in the marketplace. Furthermore due to that issue the employees of the
association leaked the important information which is associated with the organisation and
face the issue of cybersecurity. In the covid 19 most of the people are face the cybercrime of
fraud as for the login the individual person deliver the information which the radius’s used
for imitating the crime. In the pandemic situation many peoples are targeted by the criminals
for doing the scam. Apart from that the organisation members gave the limited resources for
identifying the relevant and adequate information. Along with that in the situation of covid
19 the people face the challenges regarding the election security due to which the employees
are not allow to access the internet for the information and transferring the information.
Basically the cybersecurity as the part of uncertainty which put pressure on the people for
working carefully and adequately. Another issue many of the people are not able to
managing the cyber security hygiene on the regular bases or deliver the work on time due to
miss management which also decrees the value of the company in domestic as well as
international marketplace (Mirzahmedova2022. ) . apart from that the the people or the

Internet is very much important now days as it helps in connecting with the world and
allow them to share information. The world Internet infrastructure has no central authority
and to keep it working everyone needs to relay on each other. So for that there has been
advance technology like undersea cables, satellites and other is used to connect with the
world and it ignores the national border on a map. To stay online many countries have to
rely on outside equipment’s that are not in their control. In addition to this, Russia wants to
disconnect from the world and it has good infrastructure as compared to other countries,
Cutting itself from the internet will be very challenging task for Russia and it can impact
negatively on the country (Whitelaw, and et.al; 2020).
. Although most of the Russian are making use of Internet and since Ukraine invasion
began country has limited the online services like Facebook, Twitter and even Netflix.
Russia has introduce their digital divide with the rest of the world and it may affect the
economy of country. Internet in time of pandemic has helped in increasing the growth of
GDP but due to cutting down most of the financial player like Google Pay and Apple Pay
will pulled out and it will be impacting e commerce. The country has imposed control over
state run media and there are limitation to some of the content and services of internet and
due to such freedom citizens are able to stay connected to global internet. Moreover,
disconnecting from the global internet and imposing censorship will slow down progress in
Russia and it will also impact on technological development. There are already facing issues
with shortage of chip and there are no advance telecommunication technology that will
help country in connecting with the world. However, even if Russia has separate itself from
internet then it will be very challenging for citizen to accept it as most of them enjoy the
benefits of the global internet. Thus, the social impact will be very difficult to manage by
country (Tohara, 2021)
Although virtual private network have been previously used within Russia to maintain
their anonymity so properly set of control will block the use of such techniques. One of
the benefit that Russia will have if it cut itself from the global internet that there will be less
cybercrime and it will be more secure space for everyone else. There will be increase in

state sponsored attacks and it will increase in the coming months as Russia will be in no
contact with counties or organization that will imposed sanction on them. Thus, if there is
no cyber warfare then nations will have to focus on building the defence so that it can
protect their infrastructure. Furthermore, if Russia cut itself from global internet it will not
be able to get the world news and not be able to connect with other countries. After
digitalization it has been found that most of the important meetings of world concern are
using virtual means. So internet not only increase the cybercrime but it helps in connecting
with world. It will also help Russia in getting the intelligence report which is very much
important for country in order to be protected from crime. Although if citizens are not be
able to connect with global internet then it will tend to live the country and migrate as most
of the business are running due to e- commerce . So migration of people will surely affect
the economy of the country. Thus, it can be stated that cutting from global internet will not
benefit Russia rather it will be threat for the country (Sousa, and Wilks, 2018).

from the above report it will be concluded that information and the technology is growing
day by day but due to the covid 19 situation the organisation faced many challenges in
obtaining the business during the pandemic. The present report highlighted that the
information technology is one of the effective measure for increasing the value and deliver
better services in the marketplace but it consist of some disadvantages which is controlling
the growth of the association. Along with that for dealing with the challenges many of the
company are using alternatives and have opportunity to lead the market in the profitable
manner
