Introduction
Digital skills can be defined the ability to find, examine, create, share and make use of the content using Internet as well as different information technologies. Digital
skills are important because they help in increasing the overall productivity of a business and thus gain a competitive advantage against other players in the market.
They also provide new ways in which a work can be done. This can further lead to an increase in the overall revenue of the company and building long-term positive
relationships with the customers.

Reason behind using Microsoft Office
Tool set
Microsoft Office comprises of a set of software, both client as well as server that are
designed by Microsoft itself. Using Microsoft Tool set can help an individual in uploading
emails, spreadsheets and documents in an effective manner. here are soft wares that match
every requirement and situation, also, with an advancement in technology, one can use
these tools not only on their laptops, but smartphones as well. The different tools are

may be nothing. If an individual is passionate about learning a new skill or acquiring
knowledge about something new, they will put in their best efforts to make sure that goals

Data Collection
Data for this particular research was collected through a questionnaire, which is a research instrument consisting of a a series of questions. It is
considered to be one of the most cost effective ways of collecting data, although the time taken might be more. A questionnaire helps a researcher in
understanding the preferences as well as behaviour, attitudes of the respondents. It can contain both closed-ended as well as open-ended questions. The
questionnaire for this research was designed in class and circulated among classmates through Microsoft Forms.

Comparison with a published article
As per the information collected through Lexia, it has been determined that grit is consider as the essential part of academic success and it will lead to
increase capability and performance of student. As per this article, grit can be define as the sustained perseverance or passion which is significant for
accomplishing long team goals. Grit is older concept and through this its has been determined that talent or intelligence is not only sufficient for
accomplishing or achievement of set goals. There are some set of qualities which can be consider as enough form the changing the world. Through this it
has been identified that the most renowned geniuses have also constantly work towards the accomplishment of goals as well as overcome adversity with
the motive of attaining most great things.

Analysis of data using Microsoft Excel
The analysis of both primary as well as secondary data for this report was done using Microsoft Excel. Charts were generated for the same which helped
in analysing the data collected and attaining useful and valuable results. Different types of charts like pie chart, column chart and bar charts were used in
order to analyse the data in an effective manner. Microsoft Excel offers a wide range of charts to choose from and they can be used for analysing the
information that is gathered through tools like questionnaire.

Conclusion
From the above report it can be concluded that it is important for a student to learn new and different types of method or approaches for enhancing their
performance. There are different toolkit of Microsoft office such as PowerPoint, Skype, excel and different types of forms. Questionnaire is significant
method for collecting or analysing data. Through this method researcher will be able to gain first hand and direct informations. Secondary method is time
and cost saving for researcher. It is recommendation that it is essential to use both primary and secondary type of data collection and analysis. School
should provide more information and trick to use Microsoft office tools in better manner.
