Introduction
There has been increment in the use of digital technology in the research methods, these methods
could be online surveys, use of information technology and digital devices to see the reflection of
data on the delivery of data and services. This report has been discussing the online survey
methods that have been used in order to collect data and services in the development of effective
results in the same. This method was used based on primary data source such as questioner that
has been made by using qualified and talented team so as to see the effective way in which there
has been used in the development of effective feedback from the same. There has been certain
issue faced in the research like lack of talent, loss of data, piracy and corruption of data. There
are certain counter methods used in order to fight with these issues. Thus it has been seen the
digital technology is a blessing but with a lot of efforts and strategies to go with it.
Digital Technology in research
The increasing digital technology has been using various methods to do research and technology
and is thus used to see the effective ways in order to have effectively used the system. The
research has been based on the different modes of information technology and ways such as
online marketing and surveys that have been conducted as per the requirement of the researchers.
There can be certain more ways that can be used in order to see the reflection of the internal and
external data resources and techniques (De Haan and Sonck, 2017). The basic aim of the
research is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of online surveys and methods in the
daily activities. To see the digitally mediated research methods in order to see the effectiveness
and relevance of the same on the online platform, discussion, and evaluation of the optimal
outcomes and effective feedback on the same
The data collection and the data sampling is based upon the effective ways such as the surveys
and online marketing platforms used in an effective way so as to see the methods and
appropriately using the same in the data sampling and collection. The online methods have been

Data collection methods
Thus the students these days use primary and secondary data collection and evaluation methods.
The secondary data source can be forming the already printed journals and respective data
collection and methods that has been collected through the respective channels such as the
printed journals and articles respectively. There can be other data sources in the secondary could
be the findings and feedbacks of the previous research teams and the respective ways to use them
in the methods. Apart from that there are other data sources like primary data sources that have
been done as per the first hand information received in the system. In this case the primary data
collection is done using the online basis as the questionnaire covering all the respective points
and the mass acceptance to any of the feature has been seen in order to see the majority and there
views. On online method it can be considered more eco-friendly and also covers more sample
data and apart from that there has been no paper and maximum participation in the field. Thus
the method is quite lengthy and requires a lot of time and efforts thus the same has been avoided

young to old and thus the same has been used in the respective ways effectively (Rosa and
Toledo, 2012).
Research methods
There are basically two kinds of research method that has been used in the data research methods
and data collection using the online methods. These methods are the qualitative and quantitative
methods. The qualitative methods are mostly based upon the primary data based upon that there
has been a set designed sample size and the questioner that has been designed in order to get the
appropriate reflection of the data. This may be due to the reflection of the same in the
development of data and reflection of the same in the performance and distribution of online data
and services (Rosa and Toledo, 2012). There is another type of method that has been used in the
process they are the quantitative method that has been used in order to see the personal feelings
and views of the participants with respect of the data and services in the online survey methods.
The quantitative methods use the personal touch and soft ways in order to collect the data in the
research. Apart from that, they use methods like interviews, group discussions, meetings and
other methods of personal interaction in the analysis of the methods and data collection research.
Digital interventions
The digital interventions such as online surveys provide specific goals and respective features for
the data saving and waiting for the fidelity of the data. This can provide controlled access to the
respective ways in which the data has been collected respectively. There have been standardized
ways in which the overall data collection and intervention has been done (Monroe and Adams,
2012). There can be research done firstly by the random sample and data collection and after
that, there has to be random participants and thus cannot give 100% effective results in the first
trial. Thus after that, the research has been shifted to another hypothesis in the same and thus
there have been trials that have been shifted to other users on the online basis. The research topic
may range from any type of functions that can be medical, financial, management, social,
economic effects. Thus based upon the same there has been a different kind of questionnaire
being designed in the same.

Participant’s benefits
There have been a certain benefit that has been provided to the participants, they are provided
with various offers and services respectively. They will get knowledge and based on that there
might be certain exclusive feedbacks that can be important in order to see the preferences of the
customers and the respective peers in the place. In some cases, there might be incentives that can
be provided to the participants (Gao, et. al., 2016). The more surveys they took they get
payments based upon that. The participants also give the preferences and the reflective needs of
the people in the development of the research objectives and based upon those future questions
and research methods have been judged and made. There might be certain online surveys that
have been based upon the maximum participation of the people. There might be certain things
that have been judged and practical implementation of the same has been used in the practices.
Other challenges
There are certain challenges that have been faced by the people in order to see the effective way
in which the survey and the digital platforms can be used in the system. Sometimes it is hard to
find efficient members who can design effective database and research techniques (Gao, et. al.,
2016). For that, it is required to see the needs and then the recruitment is being done to use the
same. Apart from that data fidelity and corruption of files also occurs at a time while working
online. There are certain methods that have been used to save the data from piracy. The data
duplication and piracy have also been observed in some cases thus it is required to have
trustworthy recruits and respective people in the team so as they are technologically sound and
aware of recent and changing trends in the system. Apart from that the appropriate conclusion
that has to be achieved from the research is necessary.

Employability skills
There have been requirements of certain skills in the individual so as to see the recruitment and
training of the members of the research skills so as to see the effective ways in order to
successfully use the same in the development of resources and making it sure that all the basics
are clear. It is required that all the team members are clear about the respective aims and
objectives of the people in the same. The employees must be trained in order to deliver an
effective way to deliver the various methods that can be used in order to apply innovation and
other sustainable developments in the business growth and development. The employees should
be capable to do comparative analysis and make respective market research and apply the same
in the development of the survey and analyze accordingly in the research allocation and
implementation.
Findings and feedbacks
The overall research and development of the digital technology have been analyzed based on the
qualitative and quantitative that has resulted in the sample size analysis that has shown the online
surveys. The online surveys have risen up the sample size in the system and thus they have been
more participative, the involvement has also increased efficiency. The response has been fast and
the majority of the selected sample has been using it (Higgins, et. Al., 2012). This was also
observed that the sample was so varied that it made difficult to conclude the same. Some of the
surveys were not being attended as per proper time sharing on that thus this has affected the
overall result and the analysis has also deferred from the expected values. This was also observed
that the lack of quality with the research team has resulted in the loss and corruption of data in
the research. There have been certain wastage in the time and effort resources thus this has
eventually resulted in the failure of the research (Higgins, et. Al., 2012). Moreover, it was also
seen that the questions designed for the online survey was not producing effective results and are
thus not preferred in the overall scenario. It is recommended to take expert guidance and
professional help in the development of the resources and effective knowledge extraction from
the same. Improper time and role allocation also lead to the failure of the research as the data has
not been collected on correct time from proper resources moreover most of the time the sample
collection was not using the proper resources effectively.

Conclusion
It has been observed from the above report that the digital technology has been used in order to
see the effective way in which they can be used in order to get fast and relevant data. There has
been data collection based upon the primary and secondary data sources that will be used in the
designing of the database and respective data that is needed by all. Apart from that, there has
been certain training and recruitment that has been done in order to see the qualified and trained
staff that has been used in the development and evaluation process in the system. There have
been some instances in the loss of data and thus to fight that there have been certain things that
have been done by taking professional help and guidance in the working process.
