Team Leader- I would like to inform you that we are in a need of conducting a training
program in the concern of supporting the implementing the digital solution for the firm.
CEO- Well thought. So what have you planned for the same?
Team Leader- Sir, we would first need to allocate the resources needed for fulfilling the
purpose of the training.
CEO- What resources would be needed?
Team Leader- A well-organised conference room, professional trainers, projectors and the
financial funding required to carry up the processes.
CEO- Please prepare a statistical data regarding the same and e-mail me as soon as possible
to move on with the program.
Team Leader- Sure, Sir. I will catch up with the required managers of the organisation and
my team and get along with you as soon as possible.

Selection and implementation of the proposed digital plan
The features required in the IT system should include the aspects of
unambiguousness, testability, correctness as well as understandability and feasibility
(Heitmann, Pahl-Wostl and Engel 2019).
The strategies for integrating the digital solution into the operations of the workplace
are; integrating the technologies used by the employees, the HR applications to the virtual
meeting tools and fostering efficiency as well as innovation in the communication process
(Dery, Sebastian and Van der Meulen 2017).
The application of the relevant policies and procedures includes the ethical use of
the media by the employees, no unethical or unfair means of carrying up the transaction of
the business, checking the IT systems before live-telecasting the same, protecting the
intellectual property (Pearson 2016). In addition, communicating each small and big detail to
the upward level communication department of the organisation.
The training need analysis of the concerned Max Lionel Realty firm is that the
working nature of the firm is a complex and a critical one. Thus, the employees needs to be
trained accordingly in the concern that no discrepancies occurs in the working condition of
the firm. Moreover, the training is needed in the concern that the employees gets to know the
tasks and duties they are liable to perform and that the same should be done on the stipulated
time (Raz 2017).
Conducting the Training
The training would be conducted with the help of oral communication process, where
the employees would be provided with the vocabulary training with the help of the projectors
(Konin 2018). The employees would be asked to put forward their queries during the

and processes and even the ideas of the employees can be taken into consideration while
making the changes.

Ensuring no miss in the deadline of the contracts.
