advancements will likely drive much of the global
supply chain management model over the coming
years. Do you think it’s a valuable technology to
further supply chain success? Are there other
technologies you would invest in to grow supply

The supply chain is one of the essential parts of the world
economy. The supply chain is responsible for the all the
products that are in the market and consumers are
getting it in quite easy way. However, the supply chain
management is extremely complicated process and there
are many hurdles in path of providing the service for
economy. The supply chain management is getting more
improvement in the field of service and its all credit goes
to the continuous advancement in technology related to
logistics. Moreover, supply chain management is getting
more and more advance these days. Now the supply
chain at the world level is increasing at alarming rate and
its very tough than then the logistics works in the
territories of any nation. The problems are many like
related to the service providers, distributors,
manufacturers, number of suppliers, law of differ nations,
passage of products through the various geographic
locations, etc. Its was the things of past that was mess for
the managements. But now the whole scenario is
changed now it is bit more easier for supply chain
managements to deal with routine works. Till date the
supply chain is totally changed by the technological
advancements and the future of the supply chain
management is also be very differ and successful and it
all will be happen owing to the development in the field of
the supply chain

 Some of the technologies those are and will
make the supply chain more effective and
successful:
 Advanced communication:
The communications is very convenient and advanced
now as it compared to the old ways of interaction and it
still is developing. It changed the whole world and made
it a global village. Moreover, in case of supply chain the
business touching its peak now and its only due to great
advancement in communication. The supply chain is able
to manage the work at global level with higher level of
work.
 Advanced analytic:
The role of advanced analytic is very effective in supply
chain management. It is used in various process like

dynamic pricing, product quality testing and dynamic
replenishment. In this many factors are under the
working to better results like it collect the date from
internet, data related sales and geographical location
from where the shipments go through.
 Internet of things (IOT):
In the logistics the IoT devices are have being changing
the way of working of management. With this it is much
for convenient to manage the stocks. Moreover, it tracks
the movement and the timing of the shipments that when
it exactly arrives to the final destination. It tracks the
process through, but a product has to go through to get
deliver and by that it calculates the final time of
deliveries. Moreover, it also keeps eye on the storage of
material, so the shipments get accurate or favourable
conditions. It plays especially important role to keep the
products in ideal and usable conditions.
 Artificial Intelligence:

AI is the one of the most effective toll that are getting a
lot of significance in business sector. AI is the technology
that is helping to companies to enhance the human
performance and knowledge. It also has the positive
impact on the performance of supply chain companies by
improving their performance in the output. It has ability
to provide the best way to deliver the shipments in given
times. Supply chain automation get support by AI in the
vision of the company. It works on the various level and
the level of automation could be a differ but it works very
effectively in all conditions. AI has the ability of self
learning and owing to that it can help the company in
various sections like demand forecasting, production
planning, etc. AI has great role to play in business sector
it finds the potential buyers and consumers to boost up
the sale and as well as the over all income of the
company.

 Robotic process automation:
It is the process that need less labour that cut down the
overall expenses of any company wither it in
manufacturing or in logistics.it is the process that
enhance the speed pf process with rear possibility of
error in output. These days the robotics process
automation is popular in manufacturing, supply chain and
other sectors to reduce the overall cost to gain more in
business. Moreover, in the case where the companies
want high rate of return on investment for those the
robotic process automation is very ideal in case in case of
supply chain management its also right.
 Autonomous things:

Now in the world the trend of self operated things are
started. These are mostly physical things that are
working itself according to the commands install in
it .Moreover, industries are using it to reduce the overall
cost and to work with for effectiveness and efficiency. The

of biometrics for attendance, etc., are in trend and it work
with high level of accuracy. Now the warehouses are

the deliveries, stocks, distribution, bills from phones of
from any comfortable place like home or office.
 Artificial technology (AI):
I will invest more in the AI because it is the technology
that has potential to grow the overall profits by targeting
the potential buyers and by providing valuable data
about market and various other factors related to
business.
