This research has also provided a goal to me that if I want to assure my continuous
development and learning then I must keep myself updated with the changing digital
technologies. If I will not adopt these advancements in practices then, I may not be able to
achieve my career goals. The digital transformations and innovations can change the entire
perspective of the operational strategies of organisation. I must include these learnings into my
real-life examples as well.
The report has explained me that if I will not accept the innovations then I may not
