their usage in every aspects of business. This has helped the organisation to play a great deal in
improving the sales and profitability of the organisation. The digital and mobile technologies that
are been implemented within the firm will improve its performance. These will help in
improving the performance of the organisation. The current report will lay emphasis on the
operations and improving effectiveness of the firm. Current assignment is presented in regard to
UK based retail business enterprise, Continental Consulting Limited.
The report will cover the effective aims and objectives of the organisation with the proper
planning of the operations and other aspects or elements of the research process. The small scale
research is been carried out with assessment of effective research methods. Also, the findings are
communicated and proper improvement measures are recommended. A reflection is also
presented with regard to the research process.

factor for a business. This will help in carrying out the operations and improve the
communication channel that will influence the performance of the organisation. It will help in
identifying the operations and growth measures which are been carried out the operations and
business activities of the organisation in an effective way. Besides this, it supports building of
business relations on global scale. Other than this, it supports identification of the future trends
and predicting the risk factors associated while carrying out the risk.
Purpose of study
The major purpose of the study is to identify the impact laid by social media platforms
and digital tools that will help in carrying out the operations and other business functions within
the firm. The research will influence the impact laid by digital tools on the performance of the
organisation.
