The following report focus on three London based restaurants named as Hazev, Haz and
Tas that comes up with close relationship with Dockland Academy London. The restaurant is
mainly inclusive of twenty-one food and beverages operation in Central London (Nguyen et al.
2017). It mainly ranges from cafes and bars that serve Anatolian cuisine. In the last few years,
the manager has come up with the use of digital technology which will help them to run and
promoting their restaurants. Hazev, Haz and Tas comes up with chain of fine dining restaurant
that has horizontal structure. It is known to be multi-national chain of family oriented
organization that have family members in branches. The restaurant follows staff behaviour and
service quality. The staff members at this restaurant comes up with managing the restaurant
where they require information so the financial managers is trying provide some quality training
to the staff members.
In the coming pages, an idea has been provided with respect to various classical
management theories. After that, an analysis has been done on role of leaders and different
leadership style. A discussion has been given on leadership style in Hazev, Haz and Tas chains.
The last section of the report deals with effect of digital technology on internal and external
leadership styles.
