shows that the customer likes the products and services provided by the company. It shows that
company puts their effort in maintaining the quality of the products and services. 4Com Plc
works on the feedback gained by the customer regarding products and services. It leads to
improve the performance of the company and enhancing the growth in market. This report
shows positive performance of the company because out of 34 out of 40 respondents are satisfied
with the commodity and services provided by the company and remaining are not satisfied.

40 respondents 32 said that private sector contributes more to the earnings of 4Com Plc and 8
respondents replied that public sector contributes more to the earnings of 4Com Plc.

Interpretation:
It is suggested by the above graphical representation that 14 out of 40 respondents believe
that 4Com Plc do have the competitive advantage in the market because of the expertise that it
posses in digital Technology. The company reaps the benefit of such expertise in terms of higher
sales and profitability.10 out of 40 thinks that it leads to increase in market share for the
company, another 10 respondents out of 40 thinks that it leads to higher productivity.6 out of 40
