Introduction
In this report the description is made about the digital technology and its uses in the ECBC
College in its functions and operations. It is considered that innovation is the good achievement
in technology for better growth and development of colleges, staff members and students.
Innovation is the creation of new ideas which reduces the impact of traditional research functions
used in the processing. In this report research is conducted by collecting the information from
primary and secondary resources and adopting several tools and techniques.

Digital technology makes a great impact on the functions and operations of business. East End
Computing and Business College is a high education college of London. The college adopts the
IT systems in its business functions and operations but it sin not able to transform its activities
into digital technology method. So research is conducted and collecting the views from students,
staff members and may concern person.

Over view of project management definition of digital technology: Digital technology covers
all kinds of electronic equipment and systems that use the information in numeric form. This is
branch of engineering and scientific knowledge that deal with practical use of computerised
methods, systems and devices etc.
Phase of project management: The phases of project management are divided into project
initiation, project control, project closure and title of the project.
Project initiation: The project is started from 1st Week of March 2018 for the integration of
digital marketing which reduces the dependency on one channel of recruitment.
Project control: This project of digital marketing is controlled by project manager of the ECBC
Project closure: The closing date of the project is 4rth Week of May
Project title: Integrated Digital Marketing
Project aim: Implementations of digital marketing in ECBC for the better growth and
development of students and staff
Project objectives: The objective of the project is to develop the digital technology which
reduces the old function of ECBC and its dependency on the single channel of recruitment. The
digital technology increases the functions in accounting, marketing and operations of the college.
The objective of the project must be clear which defines what is achieved in complete project
plan.
Budget/Cost: The project cost is depends on the budget of college. It covers a cost of 1 million
Euros. Cost includes several things such as installation of updated systems; fees of IT
experienced person, new equipment’s etc.
Time: Time is the essential factor of the project management. The project should be completed
as per decided time period then objectives of the plan are attained properly. The time period of
12 weeks is sufficient to complete the project plan.
Quality: It is the essential factor of planning. It is important to maintain the quality of systems,
methods; processes etc are used in the digital marketing. The information is gathered from the
quantitative and qaulitative methods so the products and services delivered to staff and students
are of good quality.
Research: Research is conducted before launching a product in the college, the views and
opinions of staff members, students etc about the digital technology and its benefits in
functioning of the college (Analysis tabs, 2012).
