the competitive business environment. In order to compete with rival, business unit develop
several kinds of the strategies and tactics. In this manner, digital technology is one of the most
crucial resource which assist in boost up the performance and growth of the business. In every
business unit, technology requires in various departments such as marketing, human resource,
finance, operation and production. With help of digital platforms like computers, laptops, Wi-Fi,
internet social media etc, business entity can speed up its procedure of business. In the present
research project, the major aim is to understand the role of digital platform in boosting up the
growth of small business enterprise with respect of Charlotte hotel. For attain this objective,
researcher have conducted survey for primary data collection and applied qualitative research
