This research project investigates the impact of digital technologies on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), focusing on the Apple House guest house as a case study. The research aims to determine the types of digital technologies used by the Apple House, analyze their significance, and identify their implications on business activities. The methodology employs a deductive approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data collection methods with purposive sampling and an interpretivism research philosophy. Key findings from respondent interviews reveal varying levels of awareness and agreement regarding the positive impact of digital technologies on venture performance, cost reduction, and data protection.
