Digitalisation is the new trend. The business organisation are using internet to reach more
customers and it enhances the profitability of the company. It is necessary to use latest
technology as it makes the organisation successful (Love and Matthews, 2019). The report is
based on Dyson. It is a British technology company that was established in 1991. Dyson was
founded by James Dyson in 1991. The company manufactures and designs house hold appliances
as per the demand of customers. By using latest technology the company is able to gain lead over
the competitors. In this report, there is evaluation of qualitative and quantitative methods of data
collection that will assist in knowing about the performance of the business organisation. In the
end, the suggestions to improvise the performance are also given.

There is key role of analysing the information related to business organisation. By
carrying research, the company is able to know about their real position and can make the

platforms helps the company to connect with their fans effectively and grow them at the same
time. Having presence on Instagram is helpful for the success and growth of the enterprise. The
