effective in order to increasing performance of an organisation by executing correct tools at the
right place. FleXtel is telecommunication organisation and it pioneered usage of personal
numbering in the telecommunications. In order to enhancing performance level, this firm uses
advanced technology (Argote, 2012).
1.2 Background of research
As FleXtel is a telecommunication organisation and there are large number of people
which are loyal towards this firm and use quality services of this firm. This firm is longest
running virtual organisation and establish in 1992 year. FleXtel firm connect with its consumers
with the help of social media. Firm apply better marketing model in context to hire distributors
and staff members to provide effective or fast services to consumers. This company operates its
business operations as well as activities in two various segments like consumer acquisition and
customer management (Doong and Ho, 2012).

This investigation take in to consideration on determine significance of digital
technologies in enhancing sales and profit of small organisation. The main focus of this report is
on the digital technology and also its importance to the small business in context to enhancing

April 2018. After this the research methodology is design from, date 19 April 2018 to 23 April,
2018. in order to complete the literature review for give answers of different questions is
completed in 24 April, 2018 to 25 April, 2018. Data collection is to be completed with in 5 days
means 26 April 2018 to 2 May, 2018. Data analysis was completed in 4 days i.e. 3 may, 2018 to
8 may, 2018. After finish all task, conclusion and recommendation is necessary and it was
completed from 9 May 2018 to 10 May 2018. The data of final submission of research project
was 11 May 2018.

Under this, research is responsible to conduct research in a better manner (Morrow,
2011). It can be Quantitative and Qualitative in the nature. The quantitative data is based on the
numbers, figures. On the other hand, in qualitative method, data is measured on theoretical basis.
Among both the methods of researcher, an investigator will select the qualitative method because
it provides information in detailed manner related to specific research topic.
3.2 Research Design
It is broad concept which describes systematic pattern of conducting investigation. There
are three different types of research design and these are descriptive, casual and exploratory,. All
are different in nature but under this researcher uses descriptive research design for better
outcomes.

inductive approach of research. Through both approach, an investigator can collect relevant data

is a sample size selected through researcher and in this 30 respondents are included which give
their different opinions and view points regarding topic of research. There are probabilistic and
non-probabilistic techniques of sampling but research used probabilistic technique to collect
data. The sample population that is selected for collection of data is employees. There are 30
employees chosen by investigator for gather data related to specific topic. Random data sampling
is a main part of probabilistic sampling. So for collecting data researcher used the Random data
sampling.
3.6 Data Analysis
Data analysis is process of cleansing, inspecting, modeling and transforming of data with
an aim of discovering the useful information and support the decision making. Under this data is
analyse by using the questionnaire. It is a necessary part and in this researcher analyse collect
information or data. It has many approaches and facts used through an investigator in order to
communicate better result.
3.7 Ethical Consideration
It is regarded as most important research part and there are some problems arise at the
time of conducting research programme and these are time and cost (Kallunki, Laitinen and
Silvola, 2011). On the other hand it is a duty of an investigator to secure information of
respondents confidential.
