means 26 April 2018 to 2 May, 2018. Data analysis was completed in 4 days i.e. 3 may, 2018 to
8 may, 2018. After finish all task, conclusion and recommendation is necessary and it was
completed from 9 May 2018 to 10 May 2018. The data of final submission of research project
was 11 May 2018.

CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
5.1 Recommendation
It has been recommend from above research project is that FleXtel firm should use
innovate as well as creative advertisement methods to attract large number of consumers.
Company can provide its services as well as goods through online because the people want to
buy goods without going to store. It is an effective method to attract consumers and save their
time as well as money. It is necessary that government should encourage the small firms to use
digitalization for better economic development of country. On the other hand firm should update
its technology in continuous time period because it will provide many advantages to business in
future. Under this, it is essential that company should use the cost leadership strategy because
consumers are attracted towards the local cost products with the different quality. If the quality
of product will be low then it will help in attain the competitive benefits at marketplace.
5.2 Ethics
Ethics refers to the moral principles, norms and regulations which need to be followed by
a researcher at the time of conducting an investigation. The ethics in research is helpful in
analyse the all ethical problems which are enhanced when persons are more included as the
participants in an investigation. It is a responsibility of an investigator to make the information of
respondents confidential so that they can not able to provide the necessary data or information to
investigator related to specific research area. On the other hand, research ethics provide the
guideline for conduct an investigation in a responsible manner.
5.3 Reflection
Under this, my experience was somewhere good at the time of conducting an
investigation. I learned many things during the research. The main issues which I faced at the
time of investigation are related to the time as well as cost. I do not have much time to conduct al
research activities. I was unable to develop the proper time management plan for managing the
activities in an effective manner. On the other hand, I do not have the proper amount to perform
all the research related activities. So, from these both mistakes, I learned that I need to develop a
plan and enhance my time management as well as money management skills. If the time will be
manage on the basis of set activities then I was unable to face any issue and same as with the
cost.
