INTRODUCTION
Digital technology is the branch of Science and engineering information and knowledge
that deals with creation and practical use of digital and computer devices, methods & systems.
This a kind of technical knowledge that is used by person to operate the digital and computer
devices (Henderson, Selwyn and Aston, 2017). Application and implementation of technical
information and knowledge is a part of digital technology. 21st century is considered as digital
era. Now digital technology is important part of the daily life. This is also a bridge between art
and social life. This report is explaining about the connection of digital technology in regard to
the art and culture. Along with. Background of digital technology and academic language
structure is going to be covered in study. A brief review of digital technology is provided for
academic context to understand 5-G technology. This will include about challenges and
problems of this technology.

Background and role of digital Technology
Digital technology was invented in middle of 20th century and it is considered as most
emerging technology compared to other technologies. Cause of higher level of flexibility and
adaptability the growth achieved by digital technology is huge. High flexibility and moulding
capacity make this technology more efficient for different purposes' in various fields. This
technology has become the part of all king of business and fields. As the digital technology was
invented in year 1947 with the invention of transistor and it provides the birth to digital
technology. This invention was the foundation of digital technology. Since invention of digital
technology it passed through different phases in different time. In the development and up-
gradation process different new digital and electronic elements are invented and invention of this
electronic element provide strong base to modern digital technology.
Modern digital technology is the fastest growing technology in 21st era. The higher
adaptability and cheaper pricing improves its accessibility to people. This promote the use of
digital technology in different fields like business, art, communication, technology b and
education. The role of digital technology in art and culture is also important. Digital technology
has improved the traditional methods of system in modern way that is more effective and easy to
use. This took the art and education to a new level that is good and innovative for artists and
students. This development makes the art and education easier to learn and increase the

accessibility of it. Digital technology provides whole new dimensions to the art. Digital can be
used in different aspect of art. This is used in creation, analysis, assessment and in study of
creation of artists (Fairburn and Patel, 2017). This also help the people to learn and create new
work. There are different types arts and digital technology is applicable on them all. In the
traditional art digital technology is used for different purposes. Digital technology can help the
user to learn, analyse and create traditional art. This take creation to the next level. Digital
technology help the people to analyse the great creation of classical artists like Leonardo Da
Vinci, Picasso and other famous artists. This is how digital technology help the students to learn
the key points of art and creation. There are different types of art that contains of various type of
methods and techniques of the creation and development of art. Digital technology help the artist
to develop a new region of are that is known as digital art.
In the modern digital art the artists use computers and digital devices to create typical and
more complex designs. Art and creations comes from a society and culture reflects the thoughts
and background of the society. Digital technology comes with easier tools that can help artists to
think more creative and artistic (Li, Da Xu and Zhao, 2018). This also gives birth to new types of
art that is quite different from traditional art. This new type of art which are part of digital
technology is result of the flexibility digital technology. Meaning of the digital art is related more
to modern digital tools that helps the artist to think and create some different art that is complex
to create with traditional tools.
digital technology also can be used in educational system to improve the knowledge of
people regarding to languages, grammar and style of academic style. Digital technology can play
important role in the art and academic writing. The better understanding of people can be
improved. The combination of art and digital technology and art and education can improve the
quality of details and details of art in society. The academic structure is important to better
represent the data and information in effective way. To make academic writing more effective
digital technology can help the user to learn to manage and maintain the effectiveness of

in front of others. Digital technology bis more visible and its range is comparatively higher than
other ways or other technologies. Digital technology bis more approachable to the people. For
the art digital technology provide more options to artist to keep their creation more clear for the
people. I think digital technology provide more option and scope to the people to express their
thinking. Digital technology provide many tools to person to make creative and effective art that
is presentable and tractive for other people. It has huge impact on the communication of feelings
and traditions of a particular society. The art and digital technology create a fusion that plays
complex role to make a bridge between the technology and society. I think digital technology is
not complex and it is easy to use (Collins and Halverson, 2018). This ease of use provide better
option and function to the users to make effective presentation on different platforms. As I think
that there are different possible ways are there that can play important role to better relation
between different societies and art. The impact and effect of religious and traditions of society on
a person reflects in their creations and this changes in their creation help them in different way to
put their point in global level.
The Digital technology and 5 G technology that going to implement with end of year
2020 can help the people to improve their connectivity with outer world. This combination of
networking and digital technology will be a revolution in field of art and culture of different
societies. I think that digital technology can be taken as advantages to preserve the different ary
and ancient scripts for longer time. In the different cases where this objects of art are near to
extinction and digital technology can help this top preserve these artefacts for longer time
(Mavromoustakis, Mastorakis and Batalla, 2016). For example in the areas which are affected by
terrorism and different historical sites of and the artefacts of that places are demolished by
terrorists can be recreated by 3D printing technology just by picture of it. According it is the best
way to preserve these priceless tablets and statues. This is how digital technology can help the
preserve the different type of symbols of art of different societies.

students related to the language structure in the academic studies. Digital technology can reduce
the pressure of studenty by providing them with easier and effective way to write information
and data in presentable manner. Both technology can be used together to improve the
performance and language of person. The larger perspective of use of digital technology in
academic study is top develop better understanding in people of art and language (Deegan and
Sutherland, 2016). This both thing are important for the communities to express their views in
front of other communities. This make them more effective at presentation. As per my view
digital technology is good for art and communication. There are different advantages of digital
technology are there. This technology helps the people to improve connectivity with other people
who are from different societies. The communication speed through digital technology ids faster
and effective. In art it provides versatility to user to be more creative. It provides better
opportunities to user to learn new things about the art and academic writing. In my opinion this
reduce the efforts and hard work of people (Lee and Kwak, 2016). The chances of error are
minimum in digital technology. The issues with in the creation can be resolved with in short
period. The duplication and transportation of the art is easier than physical art. In the digital
method if any kind of error occurs it can be fixed just by a click. The better colour combination
and rare colours are available for art work and that provide more opportunity to user to make
what they want to present.
5G is the technology of future and it is important to implement this technology to sort out
different current problems of various systems which are dependent on internet. This will also
help the engineers to think more creative and invent something more user friendly technology for
faster operation and better efficiency. The different operation of countries are going online and
required high speed internet to improve the performance of different technologies that are
considered as technology of future (Giones and Brem, 2017). This also can be used in the
development of the smart cities that are free form pollution and emission of harmful gases that
are important for the sustainability of environment. The transaction over the internet are more
secure and faster. This can help the people to save time. In the remote areas the connection
problems are not good and it is causing a lot problems to the people. The high speed internet can
provide better opportunities to the people to communicate with other people. This make
different things possible by using the cloud computing. This will be really effective to connect to

efficient working to the people. This is how the 5 G technology provide better connectivity and
functionality to people to connect to outer world. Different kind of changes and improvement are
also possible with digital technology and 5 G networking.
Problems and Challenges of 5 G technology
Challenges
There are different challenges are there in implementation of 5 G technology in current
use. This challenges are mostly of technological and man made type. This technological
challenges of 5 G are preventing the implementation of 5 G technology in general use. These
challenges are related to the available bands of frequency, deployment and coverage, cost to
build and cost to buy, device support, fiber back haul and other factors.
The first challenge of 5 G technology is the allocation of the frequency band form the
technology. To implement 5 G technology the frequency band need to be allocate with proper
devices that can provide service of 5 G to the consumers. For this whole system need to be set up
that bis more difficult. The difficulty level of implementing changes is dependent on the area of
implementation (Alper and Goggin, 2017). For large size area high efforts are needed to
implement 5 G technology. The other technological challenge for 5 G technology is the
deployment and coverage of 5 G. high speed of internet and high band width nis provided with
in the 5 G technology but to implement this basic infrastructure need to be changed and this
technology has its own limitations which are limited range and for high amount of data. This
technology is capable to handle large size of data for short coverage range and this need high
number of antennas to provide this service to the larger area. The size of this system antenna is
less than other technology so less area is required in this but high numbers of antennas are
required to provide high speed connection to the larger number people. For high populated area
it is important to install this network on short distance to maintain the speed of internet. As this
technology is new and people have no access to this so it is an expensive technology that need
high amount of capital to install this technology (Osseiran, Monserrat and Marsch, 2016). The
current devices in use are also a problem to the 5 G technology cause the mobile phones and
devices that are used in current time are technically capable of handling the high bandwidth
network connection and for implementation of this networking all devices need to be changed.
For the implementation of 5 G networking technology country need to buy this technology from

problem need to be addressed cause this is major issue of all. The concerns about data and
information security is about leakage of data from the servers and cause of high speed internet it
is easier for the hackers to stole data and personal information of people. High speed internet will
provide loop holes to the hackers to steel the data of people and this data can be misused by them
(Mitra and Agrawal, 2015). The other issue with this technology is about the privacy of people
on the network. The identity of people can be misused by hackers. On the band width there are
higher chances of data breach and data leak and high speed will be advantage for unethical
people to complete this action with in short time. These are main problems of 5 G spectra that
are need to be addressed before implementation of this technology in a country.

between societies and people. The role of digital technology is explained for different
perspectives to evaluate its use in art and communication. Use of digital technology is explained
