activities are also designed with important functions and operations. It is the best way to enhance
internet platform at workplace and perform different activities. It also determines competitive
advantages and increasing business efficiency and outcomes in systematic manner.
With this regard, present report selected Talon outdoor which is small sector business and
they provide media services. Furthermore, they are implementing advance technology to deliver
creative services at workplace (Koc-Michalska, Lilleker and Vedel, 2016). As results, there are
different activities of digital technology implemented to make smooth functioning at workplace.

In respect to carry project management plan, the present study play different roles in the
activities. It helps to attain desired aims and objectives in systematic manner:
 Cost: With this regard, aims and objectives will be accomplish with setting cost on it.
Around £690 requires in whole project to attain systematic results. Cost of each activity
will be attained with desired aims and objectives (Straker, Wrigley and Rosemann, 2015).
In this activity primary and secondary data will be collected in systematic manner. As
results, functions and operations are played according to cost.
 Risk: In present study, there is high risk exist because of limited cost and time. It
increasing difficulties to researcher to gain useful information at workplace. In addition
to this, participants are not able to understand properly towards the desired results (Matt,

 Scope: In respect to attain desired aims and objectives, growth and profitability will be
accomplish in systematic manner. In this aspect, revenue and profit will be develop to
target market and increase profits as well.
 Resources: Effective research program also develop in the business that helps to attain
aims and objectives in systematic manner (Gibson, Ostashewski and Knight, 2015).
Primary and secondary information helps to attain desired results at workplace.
 Quality: Quality maintenance also implemented that make creative results at workplace.
