organisation in stipulated time period. This also aids to attain goals and objectives of the
organisation in effective manner and also aids to attain effectiveness in maintaining effectiveness
in performing various activities of organisation. Handy in online two sided organisations which
deals to provide different types of cleaning service and other home services. This organisation
provide it service in different part of nation in US, UK, and Canada (Nakae and Sasaki NEC
Corp, 2016).
In this project report it justify the aims and objectives of the organisation, project
management plan, effective tools and techniques to gather different types of data, research and
recommendation in order to attain result.
