INTRODUCTION
The use of Digital technology is increasing in each and every field and has great impact
on the life of humans. In the era of globalisation and modernisation, digitalisation technology has
begun to eat the world. The impact of digitalization is not only limited to business but it affects
the entire economic growth of country as well as productivity. Digital technology plays a vital
role in development and growth of company. Digital technology is very crucial in the life of
human. With the help of digital technology, all the departments of organisation get benefited.
The present research project is in the context with Continental Consulting Limited, United
Kingdom. Furthermore, the present research project has the fundamental aim to understand the
impact of digital technology (Hussain and Dimple, 2018). Moreover, this report also includes
aims and objectives, project management plan, small scale research, collection of data from
questionnaire, analysis and interpretation will also include in this project work.

P1 Aim and objectives of the project report.
Background of the study
The main purpose of Project management is to predict and foresee as many dangers and
issues are possible and to plan, organise and control activities so that project is completed
successfully. The project management plan also aids in developing each activities of business in
a systematic manner that it minimizes the risk as well as it also helps in supporting entire growth
and development of business in very effective way. Project management plan is developing in
order to plan, control and coordinate the modern and complex activities of business. This present
project is for the assessment of Continental Consulting Limited, United Kingdom which is
Research and Business Consultancy company. The CEO of this company is Mario Bindas. The
main work of this company is Business Process Re-engineering and potential consumers that
includes small and medium manufacturing organisation. Small and medium company is only in
London and Greater London. There are team of 22 experts from whom Mario is working.
These experts are researcher and consultants (Carnall, 2018). This company was set up 8
years ago and at that time company was famous in providing IT facilities but with the passage of
time, company's products and services become outdated and old with the advancement of

research project. Researcher has to set a schedule for each activities. Researcher face many
