Introduction
In the modern business environment, they are mostly dependent upon the technology.
Technology nowadays is playing the huge role in terms of making the business to attain the top
position in the competitive market. In addition to that, innovation is much needed for raising the
growth of the business in the competitive market. In this study, it mainly focuses on the
implementation of the technology for gaining the growth of the business as well as creating a
level of innovation also. Moreover, there is a discussion regarding the aims and objectives of the
project along with that conducting a proper project plan. It also showcases the quantitative as
well as the qualitative methods for finding the results of the impact of technology on business
growth and innovation process. In order to show the proper implementation of technology, it is
used in small business like Network Critical Solutions. Moreover, when the proper results are
found then there are some recommendations as well.

The main aim of the project is to develop the condition of business growth with the
implementation of technology in a proper way. Network Critical Solutions is the small business

market and their aim is to become a large venture in the technology market of UK.
P2 Producing a project management plan
The project management plan is mainly conducted in terms of completing the task at the
appropriate time and in a correct manner. In addition to that, if any response the organisation
misses any of the steps of the project management plan then it can create a lot of trouble. As per
the view of Audretsch and Belitski (2017, p.1050), the main importance of project management
plan that it helps in terms of understanding the quality of time, the scope, risk, communication
and the resource of the projects. Those are discussed in the below section
Scope
In the small business organisation, the higher authority is required to have a contact with the
other employees in order to take any kind of decision. The business organisation at the time of
planning is required to find their scope for the betterment of conducting the research on a
relevant basis. In the opinion of Autio et al. (2014, p.1107), the use of social media and other
technology equipment is helpful in terms of making the business on the top position in the
competitive market. In the case of Network Critical Solutions, they are providing training to their
employees which help them to use the technology in an appropriate way for resolving any kind
of problem. Moreover, they are using the projector for developing the skills of their employees.
Quality of time and cost
In the organisation, when there is the implementation of new projects there is a requirement of
having a budget which is required to be followed by the organisation form the starting till the
end. The time is required to be set in such a way that it could meet the deadline for each of the

The work breakdown structure is mainly showing the ventures in terms of achieving the
objectives in the competitive market. In Network Critical Solutions they are mainly showing the
implementation of a new online service which is done by recruiting a software developer for
bringing the effective outcome. Moreover, nowadays every single person is busy, so the online
services help time for every person. In the opinion of Hashim (2015, p.50), the technology is
helpful in terms of keeping the record of the new ideas. The organisation is conducting the
process with a budget of $3 million. In addition to that, it will take around 8 months of time.

bringing out the appropriate result of the findings. The two types of research methods are
conducted in the below section:
Quantitative research method
The quantitative research methods are helpful in terms of gathering the appropriate result for
finding the result. The quantitative research method is mainly a close-ended procedure where
there is a requirement of choosing the options by the participants. In the opinion of Laforet
(2013, p.500), the quantitative research method is mainly based on the close observation. For
Network Critical Solutions for expanding the growth of a business, it is required by their
manager to conduct a survey for finding the results. The survey is mainly to the customer and the

employees, the results can be helpful for finding the correct results for the implementation of
technology within the organisations to expand their business growth. This method will be helpful
