Introduction

Technology nowadays is playing the huge role in terms of making the business to attain the top
position in the competitive market. In addition to that, innovation is much needed for raising the
growth of the business in the competitive market. In this study, it mainly focuses on the
implementation of the technology for gaining the growth of the business as well as creating a
level of innovation also. Moreover, there is a discussion regarding the aims and objectives of the
project along with that conducting a proper project plan. It also showcases the quantitative as
well as the qualitative methods for finding the results of the impact of technology on business
growth and innovation process. In order to show the proper implementation of technology, it is
used in small business like Network Critical Solutions. Moreover, when the proper results are
found then there are some recommendations as well.
