INTRODUCTION
In today's world ,Technology has emerged everywhere and has its impact on the society
as well . The use of technology has emerged in every field whether in business world, daily
lifestyle, education in the form of online mode education and more. It affects the way individual
learn, communicate and think. Technological aspect has made learning more collaborative and
interactive and makes the process more easier. It is a tool that help to boost development and to
exchange information more effectively in a dynamic environment (Chakraborty and et.al, 2021).
This report will include the role of Artificial intelligence on the overall society and business.
Artificial intelligence has been one of the fastest technology that displays human like behaviour
with the help of machines and automatic systems using extensive data based on past experience
of behaviours. It is every important to analyze its impact on the growth and development of the
society and its impact on the overall business strategies. It will also include the importance of
technology in managing the workforce of an organisation which help the organisation to achieve
growth and success.

work in dynamic environment whether at workplace or in real life with constant technological
advancement. Artificial intelligence is one of the fastest growing technical area. It has emerged
its role in the business and its functioning and also have significant impact. Artificial intelligence
is a simulation of human intelligence processes, with the help of computer system and software.
There are different applications of AI such as natural language processing which makes the
person communicating with an automated computer systems to feel that they are being
interacting with a human being, speech recognition recognition and machine vision and more.
The use of AI is being applied in different areas which includes business, healthcare,education ,
finance and more (Rodney, Valaskova and Durana, 2019).
Artificial intelligence has emerged its role in the business operation and functions. It
affects the functioning of organisation and also helps in managing the workforce. There are
various theories that can be used by managers to develop core competencies in their operation

and functions which helps organisation to operate properly. Strategy is a set of actions and plans
that helps an organisation to manage all its activities in order to survive in dynamic business
environment. The four building blocks of strategy includes conceding,confronting,competing
and cooperating. These four elements or components of building block strategy which helps in
managing all the actions of workforce and directing their efforts towards the right directions.
Human resources theories are the plans and strategies, that are implemented by the top leaders
and owners to administer policies and procedures related to workforce which help an
organisation to have a efficient and effective workforce that contributes in the success and
growth of the organisation (Statti and Torres, 2020). There are various human resource theories
which are named as organizational Lifecycle Theory , Strategic Contingency Theory, General
Systems Theory and more, which help an organisation to develop a efficient and effective
workforce that contributes in the success and growth of the organisation. All these theories helps
in formulating different policies, procedures, rules and regulations to manage the efforts of the
workforce and delegation of the authority and responsibility respectively to avoid any conflicts
and problems at the workplace.
Artificial intelligence plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of various
theories and techniques that can be used by any business in order to achieve their organisation
objectives. With the positive aspect of using artificial intelligence in the organisation operations
and management of workforce, it can also have some negative impacts which can influence the
behaviour and operations of any business due to dynamic environment factors. Artificial
intelligence have make the work much more easier and faster as it brings efficiency in the
performance. AI helps an organisation to maintain large records of data easily with the help of
different computer system and software, by training the different software through data sets
using texts recordings of human conversations collected from different sources. AI has improve
the skills of the workers by training and providing them with adequate knowledge of different
technologies used in the operations which increases their capacity to enhance remuneration
across various industries. The introduction of Artificial intelligence has improvised cyber
security in different activities which have helped in reducing the breach and cyber attacks which
lead to losses and damages in terms of financial aspects (Trendov,Varas, and Zeng, 2019).

technological advancement in the organisation may lead in eliminating different positions in the

human beings with machines in order to increase the productivity at a large scale. This have a
negative aspect on the human lives as they remain jobless if there is constant technical
advancements as most of the work are being done by automated machines and software which
eliminates the need of humans except some on some positions in any business. It is important to
bring the advancement keeping in mind the human aspects in every field. With the negative
impact in generating unemployment, it will also helps in retaining the employees at their
positions and jobs as most of the big data and algorithms are being performed by machines
which helps a company perform better. It also create many new opportunities for the employees
which will contribute in the growth and success of individuals as well the whole economy.
The role of AI has expanded and impacted all types of organisation whether small or big.
Many large corporation uses Artificial intelligence in their operation to achieve growth and
expand their marketplace. To evaluate the role of AI in large organisation the argument is
considered which is MacDonalds : Can a Behemoth Lead in the Era of Artificial intelligence.
MacDonalds is an American fast food company with large scale operations. The company have
launched a strategic plan which helps the company to hold a competitive advantage in the
marketplace by retaining the customers loyalty, regaining lost customers and engaging more new
customers. In order to achieve the objectives, the organisation have started digital platforms for
making orders and delivery. The company has announced to remodel its stores by introducing
digitalisation and automation in its functions. With the successful implementation of the
Artificial intelligence, the company have emerged as a digital personalisation platform that have
integrated their drive- through services, in stores kiosks and applications which lead the company
to have a global reach(Wingard, 2019). AI has enable the company to become as the largest fast
food company in the world with multiple restaurant in different nations with the ability to offer

their customers recommendations, one to one messaging and customer data management.
Overall, artificial intelligence contributes in the success and growth by incorporating effective
and efficiency in the operations and management. With the continuos evolution of the world
economy it has acquire a significant share in different areas and overall development of society.

From this report, it is concluded that digital technologies and its role is emerging and
expanding in every aspect of life . The technology have a crucial role to play in the overall
development of the society and in its upliftment. Artificial intelligence have a significant role in
the business and operations. It generates various opportunities for the business by bringing
technological advancement . It will help the business to achieve growth and success by bringing
