carry out suitable outcome.

It is identified as an important part for company as it is needed for an enterprise to
develop project management plan. Main purpose of preparing the plan is to manage entire
activities or functions of the business appropriately (Dwivedi, Henriksen and Wastell, 2013).
Project management plan is essential in helping a project by observing logical discoveries and
actualities which are proper for the activities of company. In order to create an effective project,

project manager undertake different determinants such as scope, cost, time, communication, risk
and so on. All these helps the organization to complete their project in given time period.

descriptive research is used to know relevance of cloud technology at workplace.
Data collection:- Data collection is essential technique to collect and measure
information related to topic (Khayun, Ractham and Firpo, 2012). There are two basic types of
data that can be utilised to carry out proper outcome i.e. primary and secondary data. There are
