From the above research it can be concluded that hotels can implement different tools and
techniques within organisation. These are as follows :-
Firstly, hospitality sector can implement opera system in housekeeping services
and provide training to employee before implementing it. It will help in making
them aware and also how to use tools to improve their productivity. It will help in
creating an effective organisational culture.
Hospitality sector should develop policies and laws regarding use of opera
system. This will help in defining boundaries. Also, If any employee break that
rule then legal action can be taken against it.
Management must conduct seminars and workshops about advancement in opera
system. It will help employee to gain knowledge.
A proper communication channels must be implemented so that it will help
employees and management in effective communication. It will provide ease in
decision making process.

and performance
The research conducted by me gave me specific results. I was able to achieve my goals
and objectives. Also, I analysed that method used by me was accurate. By developing research
methodologies I was able to proceed in a systematic way. It helped me to gain knowledge on
how technology has been implemented in hotels. But it took me a lot of time to conduct research.
This is because I was lacking some research skills and abilities. So I need to enhance those skills
that will help me in the future. I came to a conclusion that all member of team performed their
role. The roles were assigned by me according to their skills. They properly communicated with
each other. This is because there was a proper communication channel established. This resulted
