1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
This project was done to accomplish that how digital technology has transformed business
activities, e.g. operations, marketing, accounting and HR
2. Did the project succeed in its aim/ how do you know? Specifically, please outline any
evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes the project achieved goals and objectives. It can be specified by the outcomes that I got
after analysing the data. The research was conducted in more appropriate and effective way
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g
initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
The things that worked well in project was that proper communication channel was developed.
It helped in effectively working with each other. Also, by developing schedule time scale was
allocated to activities. This helped in systematic working of project and in step by step manner.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
I noticed that team member were not able to manage their work. This was due ineffective
distribution of roles and responsibilities. This resulted in conflicts among them and affected
their performance.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?
I learned that building strong and proper relation with team member is necessary as it helps in
working together and completing goals in time.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management consultant leading the
project?
In this project I faced some issues so I will rate my performance in between 3 to 4.
7. What strengths and weaknesses of your performance did you identify?
My strength was that I performed my role very well. This was due to developing schedule. I
focused on my goals and carried out activities according to schedule.

This project will help me in gaining knowledge and skills about various research methods. Also,
it will give me experience on how to conduct research in proper manner. With this I will be able
to become a good researcher.
