organisation for this assignment is Continental Consulting Limited which is engaged in business
process of re-engineering tools along with based in London. This report will discuss about aims
and objectives for implementing digital technology within the workplace of continental
consulting limited. In addition to this, project management plan, WBS, Gantt chart. Small-Scale
research, tools and techniques will also used for analysing the data and in last report will
includes recommendations and reflection on the topics.

P1 Project aim and objectives
Background of the research-Continental consulting Limited is a UK based firm which
provide supports to the small and medium manufacturing organisation in re-engineering so that
they can get achieve profitability and huge sustainability in the marketplace. It provides services
in London and greater London. The firm was established eight years ago with procurement of
advanced technologies, equipments, computers for facilitating the small and medium firms. But
due to passage of time, rapid innovation and usage of latest equipments have outdated their 8
years old equipments. Due to this, management of firm have felt that there is a requirement of
up-gradation of IT technologies so that capabilities can be enhanced and that will be beneficial
for the organisation in gaining competitive advantage over their rivals. Present project is based
on up-gradation of IT technologies so that Continental consulting Limited can achieve their
desired goals or objectives in a given time-frame (Hillson, 2017).

Purpose of the research- According to the current situations of Continental Consulting
limited, It is highly required that they have to implement digital technology through taking
support from their employees. CEO of organisation has decided to invest adequate funds for
