Title
To analyse the impact of digital technology in achieving various business objectives in
Black Penny.
Overview
Digital technology has brought various advancements in every field. There are various
different aspects of digital technology that can be involved in Black penny in order to make the
processing better and efficient enough. So, the Black Penny can ensure the fact that use of digital
technology can actually help in increasing the overall rate of the processing of the operations.
This will further prove beneficial enough in bringing a higher rate of popularity as well as
productivity (Eckerson, 2010). There are various different factors that acts as a barrier and
challenge in the operations, so the Black Penny can also consider all these and with the help of
involvement of digital technology, can focus on making proper modifications and improvements
in order to have a better processing of the operations and services.

different activities consider on the basis of proper amount so that aim and objectives will
be accomplish.
 Scope: Present research helps to several other aspects to implement digital technology at
workplace. It will develop more significant advantages to make advance work and

 Quality: All resources that are used in the present research must be qualitative so that

with the research methodology and these are discussed as under:
Research approach

Research approach is considered as a way in which the information is being collected in a
way that it can seem beneficial enough for the research. There are different factors in which
research approach can be classified and these involve inductive and deductive. Inductive
approach focuses on the fact of generating new theories but the deductive approach focuses on
the objectives and their implementation (Eckerson, 2010). In this research, the researcher makes
use of the deductive approach because it can help them in analysing efficiently the influence of
digital technology in different operations of the Black Penny.
Research philosophy
Research philosophy is considered as a way which helps in providing an analysis to the
researcher that how the data should be taken and analysed and then on that basis, it should be
gathered and used in the research (Peppard and Ward, 2016). There are various aspects in which
the research philosophy can be classified into and some very well-known and common examples
include positivism, realism, interpretivism etc. in this research, the researcher has made use the
positivism approach because it helps in providing a better analysis of the impact of digital
technology in the operations of the Black Penny. Researcher made use of positivism philosophy
of research because helps in drawing observation on the basis of actual knowledge over research
topic.
Research method
Research method is considered as a way which is used in the research to make it more
efficient and appropriate. There are various types of research project and some well-known
examples are classified as the qualitative and the quantitative. The qualitative methods are
considered as the methods in which the information has been taken from the theoretical
frameworks whereas in case of the quantitative method, it is being taken from the statistical
frameworks. In this research, the researcher has made use of the qualitative one because this will
help them to evaluate the importance and influence of digital technology in the Black Penny. Use
of quantitative method has been avoided because in case of the data from statistical and tabular
forms, there is a possibility that the data might not act accurate and new as per the research. So,
the researcher has avoided the use of quantitative method.
Data Collection
Data collection is considered as a way in which the information is being gathered by
different means. The collection of data can be done by either the primary method or by the

secondary method. Primary collection of data is considered as a way in which the researcher
collects the information for the first time and the secondary collection of data is termed as a way
when the information is already gathered by some other person but the same can be used by the
researcher in order to use in the research (Hatch and Cunliffe, 2013). Various sources of primary
data include focused groups, interviews, surveys etc. and different sources of secondary data
involves information from online, books and journals. In this research, the researcher has made
use of the primary data

Research limitations
Research limitations are considered as the factors that acts as a sort of challenge or
barrier in some part of the research. A very basic example of this can be considered as the fact
that if in case, the researcher wants to extent the time of the research so that they can be able to
make the research better, at that time, it is very important to ensure that along with time, there
must be other factors as well that might be required as well for continuing the same such as cost
etc. therefore, if in case there is unavailability of the same, it might act as a barrier (Westerman,
Bonnet and McAfee, 2014). It is because if the time for the research will be extended, then it is
obvious that an efficient cost will be required to cope with the same. Therefore, it is very
important if the researcher completes the research within the given period only so that no
