INTRODUCTION
Digital technology is facility of conveying information which is used by business
organisation for effective flow of communication. It aids in rendering some techniques through
which communication on advanced level can be accessed as well as amendments in technologies
can be done in a quicker way. The project is based on St. Albans Council which is the baby
