INTRODUCTION
Digital technology drives an organisation to achieve growth and success in competitive
market world for longer period of time. This is the reason due to which every organisation invest
huge amount of money to acquire digital technology within company so as to bring effectiveness
in various business activities. It plays an important role for small business organisation in
expansion to large scale operations. Digital technology brings convenience for management in
managing and controlling all business functions in an appropriate manner. The present
assignment is based on Continental Consulting Ltd. which is a research and business consultancy
enterprise in London. The project includes the aims and objectives of an organisation behind
implementation of digitalisation. Along with this, project management plan, breakdown
structure, Gantt chart, small-scale research, uses of appropriate tools and techniques are also
discussed under this report. In addition with this, a valid conclusion are made in order to identify
the effectiveness of digital technology in an organisation (Basu, 2014).

etc. which can help an organisation to grab attention of large number of targeted clients towards
the products and services offered by them. Adoption of digital technology can supports
Continental Consulting Ltd to achieve its aim and objectives within pre-determined time period
which brings them ahead than their rivals. Therefore, investment in digitalisation brings
maximum amount of return to company in near future thus every organisation are showing much
interests to operate business functions using digital technology (Gambles, 2017).

Continental Consulting Ltd is a consultancy company helping other organisations in
renovating or reconstructing their methods used in operating business functions in order to
