Qualitative and Quantitative: Qualitative research method provides researcher an approach to
collect information considering the emotions, feelings, and sound. It assists the scholar in
determining the individual mentality over specific strategy or technique. It does not include the
mathematical computing Whereas the quantitative methods of research provides researcher
numbers and numerical figures to draw conclusion. The White elephant implemented the use of
Qualitative methods as the management considers the individual thinking and approach for

Descriptive research: In this the scholar determines the data from consumer attitudes, beliefs,
preferences. This involves the analysis of large and representative samples from various sources.
