Introduction
The notable determination of the paper is to focus on the impact of digital technology and
application of classical management theories and leadership styles in three restaurant chains in
central London known as Hazev, Haz and Taz. This Turkish based restaurant chains have
numerous cafes, bars, large restaurants all over Europe serving both American and Turkish
cuisine. This paper will be discussing the implementation of the classical management theories
and the leadership styles which are adopted by the different types of managers of this restaurant
chain (Dong et al. 2017). The role of the leaders and their leadership styles will be presented in
the paper as well, along with that the report will also review the management and leadership
style in Hazev, Haz and Tas. The impact of digital technology on the external as well as the
internal management styles will be also discussed in the paper.
Application of Classical Management theories
The classical management theories are successfully used in the chain of restaurants in
order to improve the efficiency and productivity of Hazev, Haz and Taz. The outlines of the
classical theory are very much suited for the restaurants. The theory outlines which are aligned
with the hotel chains are discussed below.
Hierarchical structure: The different layer of stakeholders of this organization such as
the primary shareholders of the organization, the different managers of each store, team
leads of every outlet, external stakeholders of the organization can be managed
effectively using this classical theory (Tepper et al. 2018). Training schedules and
employee problems are addressed in a professional manner using the classical
management theory.
Specialization: The bigger tasks of this organization are successfully broken into smaller
fragments which are very much easier to be managed and monitored (Hawkins 2017).

Application of leadership styles
The finance manager and the restaurant managers applied different types of leadership
styles in the working environment of this chain of hotel so that the productivity of the
organization is achieved (Rante and Warokka 2016). The different categories of leadership styles
which are adopted by the different managers of this organization are the transformational
leadership styles and democratic leadership styles. The transformational leadership style helps
in encouraging all the employees of this organization as they can present their opinion and
review about any changes required in the system or any types of changes faced by them. The
democratic leadership styles help the managers of this organization to deal with the decision
making process such as the selection of the raw and the appropriate business strategy (Hoch et
al. 2018). The sense of responsibility of the democratic leaders is very much important to deal
with the cross-cultural conflict issues faced by this series of restaurants. All the organizational
leaders of this business organization follow most these two above discussed leadership styles so
that the mission and vision of the organization is achieved.
Review Management and leadership style in the organization
The management and the leadership style of Hazev, Haz and Taz are very significant for
the growth and progress of the organization. The management style of this organization change
hugely due to the application of digital technology such as Microsoft Office and other software
tools. Effective management decisions is now possible as the exact needs and requirements of
the consumers are tracked using various social media platforms which is a significant
contribution of the digital technology. The use of automated systems such as the Digital POS
system in this organization is very much useful for the marketing managers of this organization.
The role of the finance managers are very much important for analyzing the point of sale of this
organization. Strategic decision which are taken by the manager helps in creating new business
opportunities for this organization (Drucker and Koontz 2016). All the guest accounts of the
consumers are managed by the finance manager as it helps in improving the profitability of the
