Introduction
Service industries mainly comprises of companies such as retail,
transportation, food and beverage, fun and entertainment services
and many other service related business.The PPT is based on
Docklands Academy which is in London and has a close partnership
with three restaurants chains called Hazev, Haz and Tas.This PPT
will throw lights on different service industry organisation change

It is insistent that service industry organisation efficaciously analyse
their change management systems to effectively raise its
shortcomings and working in proper manner to pull off the change
in a better way. One such restaurant is Dockland Academy, which
has implemented digital technology. However, there is a vast
difference between the change management systems of this
restaurant and Hazev, Haz and Tas.

Flexibility: One of the main feature within the change management
system of organisations consists the ability to adapt to the need of
the change.
Conservation: Another feature related to flexibility is conservation,
which means that disregard of being flexible for the change, it is
necessary to be open and welcoming to new happening within an
organisation

in the market, an organisation is required to be consistent
enough for to select new and appropriate methods and
techniques of working.

Conclusion
From this ppt it has been concluded that change their working styles
with the technology and modify its change management systems in

must effectively adopt to new technologies and a consentaneous
