F.W. Taylor have also provide an another aspect in this theory which was related with
specialisation and standardisation in which management of each firm has duty to broke the task
or activities in smaller parts so that employees would perform their functions in simple and
effective manner. In the context of Hazev, Haz and Tas, their management should allot the task

to their employees as per their skills and abilities so that task should be accomplish in systematic
manner. Furthermore, as management have decided to implement digital technology at their
workplace therefore, training should also provided to the employees so that negative impact of
this technology in future would be not faced by them.
Henri Fayol's Administrative Management Principles:

managers in managing each activities of firm in effective manner. Furthermore, this theory states
that how management interacts with their employees. This theory also includes all the
management concepts in easy manner so that management of each firm can easily adopt this
theory for managing their employees. In addition to this, they have also used top-down approach
in their theory which are relatively different from the Taylor's theory due to which its application
and implementation is also totally different from Taylor's theory (Tenkasi, 2003).
As per this theory, this is very crucial for each firm to consider the situations in
appropriate manner so that difficulty wouldn't be faced by them. Furthermore, this theory can
prove effective for the managers of Hazev, Haz and Tas so as to enhance their competitiveness in
the marketplace.
Its application within the organisation could effectively be centralised on the role of
managers. For example, Unity of command is very necessary within the firm because it helps the
managers in supervising the activities of each employees. In addition to this, management should
form effective policies or plans which should be followed by each personnel of firm.
Furthermore, managers should also define the goals of firm with the individuals so that better
contributions can be gained from them in implementation of digital technology in workplace.
This theory also states that managers of Hazev, Haz and Tas should take effective support
from the employees in decision-making which would assist them in enhancing the motivation
level of their employees. Due to which, chances of better cooperation at workplace will be higher
which ultimately leads the management towards effective implementation of digital technology.
