considerations is required to be made on identifying the areas in which development can be
made. Main focus of any organization is to gain maximum profit and this is only possible when
they are able to understand preferences of service users. Main focus of present research is made
on determining the implication on digital technology on business activities. In a company there
are different types of issues identified and these problems are required to be taken proper care
and support. When the rate of support from the side of management is highly effective, then it
