process data. For example social media, online games and mobile phones etc. Also, it enables
different amount of information which can be compressed on small storage device that can be
easily preserved and transported. In addition to this, digital technology further transformed
how people communicate, learn and work. So, society and companies are benefitted by using
digital technology, along with offer various learning opportunities as well. Hence, variety of
organizations recruit experts and professionals who possesses strong ability of digital
technology that directly cause positive impact upon business.
Therefore, it is clearly reflected that role of digital technology at workplace is
important because more than billions of people uses Internet and it is also estimated that by
2025, every company implement digital technologies that assist to improve the overall
business operations (Sternard, 2020). As technology has taken center stage and there
is a continuous shift in the workplace which is enhances by development of cloud based
