Topic: How digital technology has transform business activities of Qubic hotel. e.g. operation,
marketing, accounting and HR etc.
BACKGROUND OF STUDY
Technologies are assumed as an essential part of life. In day to day activities, we are using an
individual uses ample of technologies which helps in reducing efforts and saving more time.
Digital technology enables immense amounts of data to be compressed on small storage devices
that helpful to preserved and transported (Flyverbom, Huysman and Matten, 2016). A digital
edge exists where digital information and physical resources are combine together and create a
new value and revenue. Enterprises seeking a digital edge transform processes and business
models while the customer experience by exploiting the pervasive digital connections between
systems, people, places, and things. In this context, the following project will be analysing the
impact of digital technology on the day to day operations and activities of Qbic Hotel. Whether it
is HR related activities like wise marketing or other business operations, technologies affects all
the process adequately by reducing the manual efforts and saving both cost and time of the
organisation. In this context, the following project will demonstrate the influence of digital
technology on the organisational operations. The project management plan in which covers, cost,
risk, time, communication and quality and resources will be developed in this project. Work
breakdown structure and Gantt Chart would be prepared by the researcher that displays the series
of activities and time frames of study (Lewis, S., 2015). Small scale project would conduct and
researcher would apply both the qualitative and quantitative research methods. The main aim of
this study to identifies the digital technology that will be applicable in research. Research
methodologies will be discussed where researcher aim to demonstrate the methods they have
been used for the particular study. Eventually, recommendations will be provided by the
researcher in which they intent help the management of Qbic Hotel of London to make
improvements (Nesamoney, D., 2015). This will help them to attain their desired goals and
objectives. Reflection will be provided by the researcher that would help in understanding how
