an organization. It is important for the small and medium size organisation to manage their
functions according to advancement in order to promote growth and development. The report
will analyze the impact of digital technology on small French restaurant of UK that is Mid house
summer. The report will conduct plan by clearing defining the aims and objectives which helps
the enterprise in determining project management. Moreover, it will outline research methods
used by the business to accomplish its objectives and aims. Thus, the report will evaluate a

relational, descriptive, experimental and semi experimental. In accordance to this the co relation

point of view. Experimental involves the implementation and experiencing the changes in work
environment and in workers working ability. Thus, the last semi experimental involves the both

qualitative methods of research strategy and analyses the data from 20 employees from all the
departments of Mid house summer to determine the impacts of digital technology on Innovation
and growth rate.
Data collection
It is gathering of appropriate data on the research topic by implementing the best research
strategy and design. This done by use of primary data and secondary data. The primary data is
collected through surveys, interviews etc. (Geerts 2011). Whereas the secondary data is collected
through outside sources like, articles, newspapers, magazines etc. In this research of Mid house
summer the scholar used primary source of data collection as the secondary data was not
available.
Sampling
This group of people has been selected among large number of population for further
research. Further, sampling comprises, random sampling, systematic, cluster and multistage
sampling. Hence, in this the scholar implemented the use of random sampling method to collect
appropriate primary data to analyses the influence of digital technology on growth and

Ethical considerations
This is the considerations of right and wrong when doing research and collecting data.
