will analyze the impact of digital technology on small French restaurant of UK that is Mid house
summer. The report will conduct plan by clearing defining the aims and objectives which helps

 Costs: Costs would be incurred on collecting the data and carrying out the research. Costs
would also be incurred on stationery, telephone, travel and photocopying. These will be
the directly incurred costs.

technology or fluctuation in order to attain determined objectives and goals. In accordance to

The research design helps the firm in analyzing the data appropriately and in a
systemically (Deng, Kang and Low 2013). IT is the unique technique which involves collection
of data from all the possible sides of information. It is used by the management to determine the
dependency and connection of work on each unit of the firm. The research design comprises, co
relational, descriptive, experimental and semi experimental. In accordance to this the co relation
study of data includes the overview of the situation by just observing the changes. Further,
description involves gathering of data by interviewing employees, in this everyone has its own
point of view. Experimental involves the implementation and experiencing the changes in work
environment and in workers working ability. Thus, the last semi experimental involves the both
situation which is descriptive and experimental in this the restaurant implements the technology

inductive and deductive where inductive involves qualitative study and deductive involves
quantitative study (Meskendahl, 2010). Further, in this research the scholar used deductive
method of researching which involves qualitative data as it provides easy approach over
evaluating information. However, from the approach it has been found out that implementing the
use of digital technology will assist the enterprise in innovation and increasing growth rate.
Research Strategy
These are the techniques which are used by scholar to make research process and
information effective and efficient (Seddon, Calvert and Yang, 2010). It also helps the

researcher in modifying the difficult areas. Further, the strategy involves qualitative and
quantitative, The qualitative information is the collection of data from all the possible sources
whereas the quantitative data involves numerical figures which are difficult to analyze and are
time consuming (Gale, Heath and Redwood, 2013). Therefore, the researched used the
qualitative methods of research strategy and analyses the data from 20 employees from all the
departments of Mid house summer to determine the impacts of digital technology on Innovation
and growth rate.
Data collection
It is gathering of appropriate data on the research topic by implementing the best research
strategy and design. This done by use of primary data and secondary data. The primary data is
collected through surveys, interviews etc. (Geerts 2011). Whereas the secondary data is collected
through outside sources like, articles, newspapers, magazines etc. In this research of Mid house
summer the scholar used primary source of data collection as the secondary data was not
available.
Sampling
This group of people has been selected among large number of population for further
research. Further, sampling comprises, random sampling, systematic, cluster and multistage
sampling. Hence, in this the scholar implemented the use of random sampling method to collect
appropriate primary data to analyses the influence of digital technology on growth and
innovation of Restaurant.
Ethical considerations
This is the considerations of right and wrong when doing research and collecting data.
The collection of appropriate data without harming individuals personal feeling is ethical
considerations (Miller, Birch and Jessop eds., 2012). Moreover, using the confidential

Research limitation
These are those factor which limits the research process for scholar which can be time,
