INTRODUCTION
Digital technology plays a very important role in companies for gaining competitive
advantage in the market. It brings so many benefits and effectiveness in the firm and helps the
organisations in bringing growth and development in their operations. If the companies will
make use of these technologies they will be able to conduct all their operations very easily and
without any kind of errors. Thus will also help them in bringing long term growth t the company.
They can store their data at as safe place (Alreemy and et. al., 2016). There are so many
techniques that are being introduced by these digital technologies which helps in smooth
functioning of the business process and helps in understanding the people in a more better
manner. So, through this, the companies are able to promote their goods and services and
develop themselves in the market as well. The organisation that will be referred here is Roamer.
It is a watch manufacturer business firm and its main focus is to make digital and attractive
watches. This report will discuss about the aims and objectives of the research, an action plan
will be prepared and the data will be collected and analysed as well . After all this , finally
conclusion and recommendation will be discussed.

As per the current situation in the market it is very essential for the business organisation
to develop their operations and bring growth and development in the company. By implmenting

conducting their business operations in an appropriate manner. This will have a very impact on
the business activities that were earlier done by using traditional method of marketing . Also the
employees who doesn't know about these kinds of technologies should be trained well otherwise
they will not be able to cope up with the changes that are happening in the business environment
(Conforto and Amaral, 2016). But it is believed by every company that by implementation of
new technologies in the company or by entering into digitalisation era they will only earn
benefits and it will not hurt them in any manner. There are various kinds of major inventions that
are being done in the digitalisation process like introduction of cloud computing and doing
business in online platform. Cloud computing is a very effective software where the company
can store their data and share it with other without any kind of issues. These technologies also

manner. With this development, companies have removed the usage of traditional methods of
doing business and this has only provided benefits to the company. If cloud technology will be
applied in Roamer then they will be able to keep all their important information in this and use it
whenever they need them. Through this, they will be able to contribute in increasing the
effectiveness of the organisation and brings in growth and sustainability as well. But one factor
which is most essential to introduce these types of changes if the money . It is very important for
Roamer to have adequate amount of funds so that it can help in getting resources that are
required by them in the process.

It is very important for Roamer to prepare a plan before starting the process. In this plan,
they will include all those activities that will be conducted by the workers in order to complete
the project in a successful manner (Langer, 2017). Through this they will be able to provide right
direction to the employees. It is a very important step that is required to be taken by every project
manager so as to achieve their goals and objectives in an easy manner. If there will be no plans
then all the activities will be messed up and it will become very difficult for company to achieve
their objectives. In this plan. Roamer will include their strategies with the help of which it will
bring modifications in their existing watches so as top make it more attractive and launching it
on online platform as well. For this they will need efficient technology so that all their plans will
be achieved.
SCOPE OF PROJECT – Since technology is growing at a very high speed so the needs
and demands of the customers is also changing at a very high rate. In the present scenario, there
are various opportunities that technology are bringing for companies so as to bring growth and
development . It will be providing so many benefits to the organisation and will attract more

RISK MANAGEMENT – Risk is that essential factor that is present in every company
and no company can escape from it. There are several kinds of risks that are included in a project
and the project managers have yo make sure that none of these risks should have negative effect
on the business activities that will be conducted. So, before implementation of the plan, it is very
essential for the project managers of Roamer to calculate all the type of risks that is associated
with the project so that it can be cured at the initial level only.
QUALITY CONTROL – It is very essential for companies to make products that are of
good quality so that they can attract large no. of customers and satisfy them as well. It is to be
taken care by the project managers that Roamer is supplying only good quality watches in the
market as well as in its online platform so that they can gain trust of the customers and achieve

COST – This is also one of the most essential factor that is required to be included in the
