advertising, PR and digital media organisation agency specialises for developing marketing
services and campaign. The changes in efficiency and productivity are determined when opting

customer satisfaction with broadband services. With analysing this report, it can be understood
easily that such type of companies must improve and develop their system so that they can gain
growth and retention of customers. It includes clarity of voice mail, effective recording and good
camera and processor which makes strong brand image of a company.

market places. The firms should analyse all the plans and policies which are adopted by the
competitors and this is the most vital factor which results in achieving growth and success at
market places. The targets of firms are achieved if they focus on making their customers satisfied
and this is the most beneficial factor which results in making firms establish strong positions at
market places. The plans and policies which are formulated by firms should be based on the
latest technologies so that firms will achieve their targets which facing any difficulties. The
higher level authorities are having the major responsibilities to allocate funds in order to
implement new and innovative technologies so firms can attain competitive advantage at market
places.

technologies on business activities. In this context, the main purpose of this researcg is to enhace
the knowledge towards the implementation of advance technologies that may assist in making
operatsional activities more effective and appropriate as well. As a researcher, this project guide
me in effectiveley implementing the social media in business activities for making effective
perfomance at market place. In this modern era, competition is more high in market place and the
main reasion behind this is digital technolopgies that implement by eveery type of company to
improve their profitability level. Furthermore, the major issue faced by me is less time at the
stime of collecting data. For this, I gather data by preparing questionnarie which help me in
effectiveley gathering relavant data and information. By this, I have learned about the ethics of
the research project which enhace my skills and knowledge in keepinginformation confidential.
In context of this, there are some alternative methods for carry out the research with the
aim of gathering relavant data and information. In this primary method is also an effective and
