people as well. It helps in saving much amount of time. The use of digital technology helps in an
improvised set of learning. Nowadays, technology has become important as it has various
positive impacts on the business operations of Tesco PLC. Also, it is not associated with the size
of the company because no matter the organisation is small or big, digital technology has been

technology in the business activities. The researcher after analyzing sample of 20 employees
identify that 14 employees thinks that implementation of technologies in the retail firm
