INTRODUCTION
Digital technology is defined to be a process of creating and employing scientific and
engineering knowledge. It aims to utilise computerised methods and systems in the process of
production so that better results can be achieved (Anderson, 2013). It has been experienced that
inculcation of technology in functions of a business leads to better outcomes and efficiency in
the tasks. Small businesses have also taken help from the digital tools and measures so that it is
able to effectively compete in the operating market. This assignment focuses on the
implementation of digital technology by Vodafone. It is an corporation catering the carrier and
mobility needs of people throughout the globe. This assignment intents to conduct a small scale
research on a the relevant theme. The data collected will be analysed and outcomes will be
ascertained so that understanding can be developed on the topic and recommendations are
offered.

which are very effective in nature. They help them to remain superior from their rival companies.
For advancement in their business it is essential to take certain steps which are out of the box. To
carry out their operations in a effective manner they need physical resources that can be
associated with digital technology.
To cope up with their better financial outcomes they should increase the level of their
customers this could only be possible through digital mediums. To give a tough fight to their
rival companies, it is necessary to implement appropriate set of technologies. It is the duty of
senior manager to create a perfect relation among digital and physical resources of any company.
Vodafone is a British multinational company which deals in providing telecommunications
facilities to their customers. They are using technologies which are according to recent trends
which is helping them in transforming their organisation. This give them profits and positive
outcomes for achieving their goals and objectives.

to complete their assignment in specific time which is given. Company can make profits if they
complete their task in particular duration.
Risk: Without his factor no company can gain its position they have to think something
which is different from others. Their main focus is on calculate risk factor which will there after
implementing any process. Vodafone company overlook all hazardous which can be avoided.
Communication: This tool can be act as an aid to any organisation but if there is
communications barriers between their customers than outcome may be negative (Doorley and
Garcia, 2011). Thus, it is essential to have a continuous process of give and take for solving
queries and problems. This cannot be happen if enterprise is not having suitable tools for
communicating with others. They can make this process more better by increasing their services
which is provided to their consumers.
