technologies motivates the organization to transform their traditional working practices with
the digital forum. The working capabilities of the employees can be enhanced with the
digitization at work place. The industrial revolution incorporates the working culture of the
organization with the use of ICT technological advancement for managing effective
relationship between different departments of the organization. The compatibility of
performing effective functional program helps in indulging good communication practices
with the working employees for sharing of information and resources. The need of including
digital innovation in the work environment arises due to the accelerated growth of
inefficiency of the employees in handling large paper work and documentation of the firm,
lack of knowledge and expertise, demand of new ideas and opinion, overloading of the
information and data, inefficiency in retrieving the information, technological advancement,
