environment of a company. Currently, the companies are likely to use digital techniques so that
they can interact with the employees. For this purpose, they use various digital platforms like
Zoom, Google meet and more. The study will cover the impact of digital technology on
workplace transformation.
Background information of company
Easy Jet is a multinational company of London. It is a low cost airline which is
headquartered at London. It operates international and domestic schedule on 1000 routes within
more than 30 countries. The company is looking forward for expansion since its establishment in
1995. It is owned by several private investors and known for offering services at reasonable
price at different parts of the world. However, the COVID-19 outbreak has affected the
functioning of the organization. The main aim of the organization is to offer effective returns to
