Background of study: Technology is an essential part of each organisation which
assists all business functionalities. In order to completion of each task in easy and smart manner,
digital technology reduces its efforts and save time for business (Bryde, Broquetas and Volm,
2013). Here the following project will be analysed about necessity and impact of digital
technology on McLaren Construction in order to complete its day-to-day operational activities
within a business environment in a relevant form. Beside from it, following study will be
discussed about impact of digital technologies on the organisational operations. The project
management plan in which covers, costs, risk time, communication and quality and resources
will be developed within organisation. The major aims of this project to understanding the

and secondary and two sources of data collection. In the present study, researcher formulated
questionnaire about survey and asked questions to selected 15 managers of McLaren

basis of random sampling method.
Data analysis: With the assistance of relevant meaningful data and themes approaches,

utilised thematic analysis for assessing the data effectively.

appropriate research. Researcher must need to follow essential guidelines for increasing the

researcher has to follow up all ethical consideration respectively.

From the above research, the researcher has suggested some appropriate recommendation

organisation in order to making significant communication and engagement among each

(O'Dell and Hubert, 2011). Moreover, it also assists the management of the company to
enhancing customer experiences of the firm.
Using of thermal imaging: Thermal imaging cameras effectively translate heat that is
thermal energy, into visible light to analysing surrounding. This instrument can be utilised by its
business professionals in order to avoiding unwanted threats within its operational activities in
effective ways (Walker, A., 2015).
Autonomous equipment: Variety of equipments are being used by the company, from the
above analysis, the researcher has recommended that, the construction firm need to use of
autonomous equipments within its various operational business activities to completion of it in
easy manner.
Internet applications: Numbers of internet application presented on online world, which
enables business to getting engaged with its various areas of the business at one platform.
Employees of McLaren construction organisation can utilise some areas where something new
development can be gained in relevant form. Heavy equipments involving sensors that
authentically provide information on diagnostics, fuel uses and more.
P.7. Reflection
Conduction of projection research and assessment is one of the critical tasks for
researcher. From the above entire analysis, several types of business aspects can be covered by
researcher by which I have leant that, digital technologies plays essential role in terms of
boosting up McLaren construction company's profitability and productivity effectively (Zeng
and Lin, eds., 2011). With the help of efficient knowledge about research experience, I was able
to formulate the aim and objectives of this investigation of this study. Proper guidelines about to
researcher has provided me sufficient knowledge about to formation of project management plan
in respective manner and also Gantt Chart and Network diagram has been produces that helps in
showing the flow of activities work breakdown structure.

Apart from it, from the entire research, I was able to examining that, how McLaren
construction organisation is using out dated and old approaches of completion of its various
business areas in relevant ways (Westerman, Bonnet and McAfee, 2014). The way of gathering
relevant data about to the topic is called collection of data, I have formulated appropriate
questions about problem oriented questions to utilisation of digital technologies in business
environment. Beside from it, I have used thematic analysis where I have developed tables and
charts which helps the end users of study to understanding the data effectively. According to aim
and objectives of the projection, I have used in appropriate approached to development of
various difficult tasks of this projection. Apart from it, I have also leant that, during the
projections, varied of my interpersonal skills and knowledge has helped me to better engaged
with respondent of the company in respect to asking questions about problem orientation of the
business. With the help of this research, I was able to analyse some factors of digital technology
that can assisting to making recommendation for improvement in performances of the firm. From
the above analysis, I have also learnt that, McLaren construction organisation require using of
digital technology within the business environment in order to improving its performances in the
industry. Beside from it, numbers of recommendations has given by me about McLaren
construction organisation to implementation of innovative and advanced technological
instruments in order to transformation of its operational activities. Thus, in this way, I was able
to attain the aim and objectives of the research study effectively and efficiently.
