INTRODUCTION
Business projects need to be appropriate and specific in nature which enable management

need to align their activities. Thus, whenever any new or modified project leads to take place
managers have to make things properly and appropriately. This project is based on digital
disruption and transformation that lead to take place in Pinion activities. In this project, business

settle down. With this aspect, all resources are required to utilise in an appropriate and suitable
manner so that effectiveness could be managed and maintained with successful implementation.
