In market there is an emerging digital technologies which are coming up and this
transformation is known as digital disruption. Innovation is very essential so that there is going
to be higher functioning and the company will be able to compete with the competitors which are
present in the market. Radio Shack which was founded in 1921 and is having its headquarters in
Fort Worth, Texas. The company is not having a strong base and customer share in the market
which needs to be developed by getting in the right techniques and measures so that there is
going to be higher operations.

which is going to make the performance of the company be higher and the losses can be

is going to be required to get in digital transformation and also the structure of working in the
company is going to be improved as well.
