INTRODUCTION
Technology is defined as using of various advanced technology within business such as
business automation, artificial intelligence and many more. With the help of technology
workplace transformation can be made and at the same time prominent efforts can be exerted. In
the present scenario there is transformation at the workplace that requires integration of different
decisions as part of workplace system that covers technology and talent management. In present
report there will be analysis of the way organisation is working towards development of
connectedness and collaboration for enhancing employee performance (Zimmer, Baiyere and
Salmela, 2020). For this purpose there will be analysis of the needs of technology that is required
by employees to carry their roles at workplace. On the other hand the report is focusing over
issues which are faced by businesses in the process of analysing technology requirement so that
employee may carry put their works within the organisation in effective manner.

The research is based upon concept of workplace transformation which is exerted within
the organisation for the purpose of providing clarity within employees for their roles and

be attained. The timeline is the time on which project is barred to complete so that to acquire
prominence within research. The project is required to be finished over given time frame so that
all the dimensions within project can be covered which leads in to accomplishing of research
objectives. There are various processes which are added within time component of the project
and these help overall project to get completed. In order to carry out project in effective manner
dedicated time plan is required to be made so that each activities can be exerted in appropriate
manner. The project is needed to be developed and finished within 3 months in which
appropriate conclusion can be framed.
Cost: Cost is defined as such expenses which are incurred in order to carry out the project
in effective manner (Kershaw, 2021). The proper project allocation is required within the
research process so that all the activities within project can be executed in smooth manner.
Budget is the aspect which is related with developing of research in such a manner that no area

communicate with parties related to the research direct communication was established. In this
manner with the help of emails and telephone parties were involved in the research for the major
purpose of attaining research objectives. During the 10 week project various people and aspects
were added in the research and with the help of providing them information in direct manner
communication was established. Risk: Risk is regarded as the negative factor which may affect

so that any uncertainties can be avoided and at the same time project objectives may not be
delayed. With the help of backup plan risk can be eliminated and at the same objectives can be
attained in overall manner. When risk factor are not identified then this may develop into
addressing of risk factor in early manner. The major risk within project is related with lack of
people's interest as this may lead into minimising the area of research. Other risk is related with
gathering of accurate information due to personal biasses.
Resources: The resources are associated with completing the project in such a manner that all
the aspects can be used within research so that to develop appropriate communication. With the
help of significant resources overall project can be exerted in easy manner and in the same
manner efficiency can be maximised. Resources are men, machine and other which are helpful in
developing the project in sufficient manner. In order to collect primary data questionnaire is used
so that to attain reliable information whereas for collection of secondary information literature
review of various authors is used.
Work breakdown structure and a Gantt Chart
Gantt chart : It is a type of bar which is helping in making a schedule of a project. It is
showing a dependency relationship which is between current schedule status and activities. It
incudes two axis ( PNeumann, Winkelhaus, and Glock, 2021). These are horizontal and vertical
axis which is needed to complete this research on given time period. It helps in completing a
