there are many good impacts of AI and ML. businesses are successful because of disruptive
innovations and most of the companies have innovated new technologies to enhance their
businesses in the new market place. Data and business analysis are better using AI and ML,
as it has enhanced the limit of data and information (Adams, 2017).
In addition, many industries have implemented AI-enabled systems for managing
their business functions, such as customers services management, and supply chain
management (Castelluccio, 2017). Moreover, a business can grow using social media as
well, which is a new trend in the market for marketing, such as blogs, websites, mobile
applications, and many more. AI and ML are the best tools and techniques to improve the
growth and performance of a firm (Hakes, 2018). Furthermore, there are many benefits of AI-
based systems, as it has used for data management and process management.
Moreover, there are many features of AI, which makes processes easier, such as
supply chain, customer relationship, accounting, and many others (Tkáč & Verner, 2016).
Besides, social media networking sites have used AI and ML for their business, which is a
good thing for their leaders and managers. In conclusion, social media can use AI and ML for
the betterment of their customer's satisfaction and other things. AI will be the future of many
industries.
