Project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario.
Aims
I am project manager at The Great Digital Company. I
have three aims in life about our product. The first thing is I
want to give safety life, second is health and thirdly is
wellbeing for our customer. So, I want to produce fitness
tracker watch at our Company. The name of fitness tracker
watch brand is (Samsung) S6. Fitness tracker watch is giving
support for our customer. Nowadays, many people use phone and watch so fitness tracker
watch can connect both things. It is also easy to use for our customer. Fitness tracker watch
can show notification in phone, can alert so people instance of watch using fitness tracker
watch. We want to give protect for our customer by our company so we want to use digital
wellbeing to our product. Fitness tracker watch is very advantage for our human. Now people
are using dangerous digital wellbeing so we want to produce smart watch to change safety
digital wellbeing.
If someone use smart watch, he or she can know blood pressure, heart rate, motional,
temperature, walking steps, sleep tracking, SpO2, exercises and GPS (location) including
these things can be safety for our customer. A person who is working continuously per a day
not doing activity it can be not good for safety. If he or she put smart watch can be noticing
about their safety by telling fitness tracker watch. But they are not using fitness tracker watch
they cannot notice about their safety.
Fitness tracker watch always checks out our body so it is always careful for our
health. Sometime we are forgot our health at that time fitness tracker watch alert us so we can
be notice and careful our health by our self. It is benefit about fitness tracker watch. Indeed,
people use phone and another digital device it can cause not good for our health. When we
use fitness tracker watch, we don’t need to use another device so our health more better using
fitness tracker watch.

Objective
We need to making more effective system to get
wellbeing. We cannot get wellbeing using phone due to
frequency, wave and light so we need to change using fitness
tracker watch it has not dangerous than phone. It will be
supporting to get wellbeing for our customer.
Easy to get safety life putting fitness tracker watch. We cannot get safety life using
another digital device. Another device cannot show result of check out our body. But if we
use fitness tracker watch, we can know happening our body easily.
Fitness tracker watch support customer health. For people, main important is good
for health so if we put fitness tracker watch we already know about our health. Basic of this
product aims are to get good health to our customer. In this device, more effective digital
wellbeing is including so we can get profit of our health.

Cost
If we run one of the projects, the basically need is amount of
cost. Our company give responsibility to do the project. For me, I
need to summit amount of cost for the whole project to our superior.
I want to divide three part for this project. These are cost for
professional programmer, cost of system device and labor charges.
Firstly, we need to use 500$ cost of professional programmer for each person because I will
hire three professional programmers. So, the cost of programmer for 1500$ need to use.
And also, we must hire software designer and software developer. They will be do
better plan to get internal feature for our project. So, this is responsibility for software
designer and software developer. We must use 600$ each for them. We will be use both of
them. That is why, the charges for software designer and software developer is 1200$. After
finish software designer duty, a person needs to tasting for our program. So, we need to hire

taster for him we must use 500$. If we get better plan to produce our product, we will be
giving our document to analyze. For this step, we must to take a person who do analyzing for
him we must use 600$. Lastly, our project is to get fitness tracker so we need to set up this
watch for thus we need to give a job to our worker. The cost for them will be 300$ each
person. We will hire 5 persons to set up watch. Total cost of this project employee is 5300$.
And then, watch body make the necessary devices for the part. The cost of this part is about
60$. Total cost of this project is about 5360$.
Scope
Before we held meeting, I command my team to take a
note. If we know roughly about our product, we can submit to
our superior about our product. And also, if someone want to
know our product they can know easily and clearly reading
scope.
♦ For the whole project, it will be cost 5360$ including labor charges and machinery.
♦ We need round about 70 days to do our product.
♦ Our product is to get good health for people. So, quality is prefect about health using
digital wellbeing.
♦ Before we start our product, we will collect data from using out of model people.
While we are doing our project, we will communicate with the other member. When
our product come out, we will communicate with customer.
♦ Everything has a lot of problem and also our project. We need to do our product
during 70 days and cost is also 5360$.
Lastly, I give advice to our team member and also, I take suggestion from them. Our team
have unity so we can get better product. I am waiting and seeing to our team member who
has problem or not. If they have problem, I will solve about this problem. Conclusion, I am
expected to get perfect product of fitness tracker.
Time
We need to take seventeen days to finish this cost so we will
take 8 hours per day for our labor. We will give 24 days for training
for program, 7 days for software designing, 8 days for software
developing, another 6 days for testing, 7 days for analyzing and the

last 18 days is to produce for our product. Program will start their job the first of our project.
After they finish their job, they will combine program and watch so both of things need to
stop before twenty days of the last month. The last month is need to check out which part of
our program need to repair and our watch. Finally, we will be got prefect our job and time is
also fit.
Quality
When we use fitness tracker, we can get more comfortable life for
us. The advantages of using these things is we can know easily blood
pressure, heart rate, motional, temperature, walking steps and GPS
(location). Most people don’t careful about their health. Some body
devotee their time to work business, education and other things. So, they
forget their health but this fitness tracker can be help for everybody. When we put on this
watch, it is light. Even though we are taking bath we can put on this watch. Water cannot be
destroying this watch and also it is smart for using people. The price is also reasonable for
customer. The external feature of watch body is square shape.
In the internal feature, we will be use full color 0.95-inch amole touchscreen (240 x
120 pixels), bright and vibrant amole display, responsive touch, 24 x 7 heart rate monitoring,
lightweight, compact charging cradle, basic phone notifications. Heart rate monitoring
(optical sensor), six-axis accelerometer, gyro sensor. Wight of fitness tracker is 22.7 grams.
5ATM 50-meters water resistant. Swimming Posture Recognition: six-axis sensor recognizes
main strokes, Records speed, distance, number of turn and other data. Long standby time up
to 14 days and saves time on frequent charging, smart assistant and notification reminders or
stopwatch. Bluetooth is 4.2 and battery is 100mAh. Above of things are indigents for fitness
tracker.
Communication
First of all, we communicate our team. Our team
have 11 persons including me. When we start our
projects, we need to communicate each other and also, I
need to communicate our superior to support our project
with money. In our team, if we have not unity, we
cannot get better plan to produce our product. So, in our team whenever we need something
we must say clearly and politely what we need and how can we do to get that. Leader also

give duty to inferior to their responsibility and need to have mutual understanding. If our
team have good communication, we can get better product before we thinking. When our
product is coming out, we will be communicating our customer to explain and to sell our
product.
Risk
Everything has problem and risk in this project also we met a
lot of risk. Our product is new and customer don’t know before about
this product so they don’t want to use this product. They wander to
use brand in the market but most of the teenager want to use newly
watch. Our team have 11 persons so everybody has like and dislike
thing. For this, we have a lot of risk to have unity and to have mutual
understanding. Everything has struggle to get aim in life. To get this product, we have a lot of
risk with superior and inferior. Our superior force us during this time with this money to
produce better product.
Resource
We use the whole project for three professional
programmers, software designer, software developer, tester, who
do analyze and three labors. The charges of total cost are 5360$.
During three months, we get (S6) fitness tracker watch. We use
lather string in our watch and also body frame is square shape. It
is light and smart for using people. The internal feature of this
watch is to take blood pressure, heart rate, motional, temperature, walking steps, exercises
and GPS (location). We combine internal feature and external feature in other word installing
software and hardware.

Requirement analysis
There are two kinds of requirement analysis in our
project. They are admin requirement analysis and user
requirement analysis. Admin requirement is based on
customer requirement analysis because most of customer
always want to use comfortable things, more functionable
things and long-term to save battery but they don’t want to
use much money. So, we always look for our customer feedback to get using people more
and more. This is responsibility for admin. So, admin requirement analysis is really
concerned with customer. Admin give duty to programmer to be a better than first product so
programmer do his program develop day by day. When they doing more effective program,
they need to use money again.
Milestone schedule
Before programming milestone, we are passing
planning and meeting with our team. After that we got
programming milestone. Before software designing
milestone, we are doing choose software frame and
functionable things after that we got a milestone. When
we are doing software developing, we passed preparing
more effective. Lately, we reach software developing milestone. The last step is tasting and
analyzing. Testing performance is doing check out about programming. And also, we
processed tasting milestone. The last one is system analysis including software analysis and
hardware analysis. Finally, we got analysis milestone.

1) Project Initiation
Our superior give duty to
produce new things from our company
so I held metting with superior and
inferior. In this metting, every body
gave suggestion to produce new
things. Among them, we chosed to make digital wellbing. Our superior made me project
manager for this project. So, I collected many people and I choosed co-worker to make team.
After we got a team, we are thinking about produce what digital wellbing. Finally, we got an
idea to produce fitness tracker.
2) Project Planing
Before doing plan, we held metting with our team. Eventhough I am project manager
but I want to take suggestion form my co-worker. What they need and what do they want to
be? They want to support customer health and bussiness so they want to make fitness tracker
watch. It is also reasonable about our burget. First of our planing is to take programmer,
software desinger, software developer, tester and who analyzing for this project. Second step
is divided duty to respective person and remainded them to finish during three months. Last
step is how much we can be used the whole project.
3) Project Execution
Respective person doing their duty step by step. Programmer written his
programming, software desinger choose design and to set up body frame, software developer
is doing update system, tester is checking out one by one and who analyzing is making
analysis the whole system.
4) Project Monitoring and control
After we got fitness tracker watch, we use this watch to test which part is good or bad.
Some part have the problem we need to repare about this part. Project manager is always
watching inferior don’t miss fitness tracker.

5) Project Closure
After we passed above all stage, we finish our work. Finally, we got our product.
Five step of above all showing things are using with Agile Project Management
Methodology. Our project is concern with this methodology.

Before we made planning, we collect
information and data collection about weakness point
of fitness tracker watch who invented before we
produce. When we held meeting, we take suggestion
how can we get information about fitness tracker. So,
we made decision to collect information from youtube,
Google and using people. We task duty who is collect information from youtube, Google and
using people. Instance of using watch more effective using fitness tracker watch. Fitness
tracker is helped for people health but watch is not like that. Some of the fitness tracker has
not to take SpO2(amount of oxygen in blood) and Gym exercises.
Qualitative research method
Our team met using people about fitness tracker. We are collected information from
using people and google about fitness tracker. So, we used one on one interview method and
text analysis method. When we interview them, we can guess how is their feeling using that.
Quantitative research method
Even though we collect information from mail, google
and using people but we get answer from using people. So, we
used survey method. When we use survey method, it is easy to
use and also easy to collect data gathering.

The accuracy and reliability of different research methods.
When we used one on one interview method, we can meet using people one by one.
And also, we can get data information freely and exactly from them. Now, they are using
fitness tracker so their answer must be correct. We can get prefect answer from them because
we met outside. They also want to answering about our question so they met freely.
We can get more information from google using text analysis method. It is also easy
to use and ask to other people on google. So, we don’t need to use energy and time. When we
use internet, we can get more information from Google. Just for fill the form we can get
information exactly. It is really fast to get information.
If we use both of them, we can get more information not to give much time. Now a
day most of the people use a lot of time in their business and education so we cannot get
information fast but if we go to park and road, we can get information. Lastly, for me using
internet is good for us so we find information from google. It will be easy for everyone.
Most of the teenager use of the internet so we can get information other ways like that
mail and Google. Both of things we get data information and also get from using people.
Finally, we get information from them so our data is using survey method. When we use this
method, we can a lot of information because there have three things. Like that, mail, google
and using people.
