Project Aims
The project plan is focused on conducting a small scale research for the local company,
Pegasus Software Ltd. The selected title for this plan is digital wellbeing. It is about
fashioning as well as sustaining healthy relation with the digital technologies. The
manager of the company, Pegasus Software Ltd decided to develop their business along
with finance tools for supporting the businesses. It will help the company to make changes
in their business direction by introducing digital technologies assist with health along with
wellbeing of person.
The aim of this study is investigating on if the digital technologies are improving life or
distracting from it. Efficacy of the products along with its features are designed to make
improvement in health as well as wellbeing. The expected benefits of digital wellbeing are
increasing emphasis on the physical activities along with health. It experiences support to
mental as well as physical health of people in assessable technique.

Scope
The digital world is being growing and rapidly changing with young people are spending
time with the digital devices. It has technological impact on people with positive effects to
increase in scope of learning of new knowledge as well as connecting with people all over
the world. The scope of this project plan is to investigate benefits and issues of digital
wellbeing on life of people. The digital technologies as well as internet can simplify life of
people along with distract their life by causing anxiety and making them upset. Therefore,
it is required to make control over the technology to gain benefits from it (Meredith,
Mantel Jr and Shafer 2017). It is growing among young people so that it helps them to
grow psychological, physical and public wellbeing.

Risks
Scope creep: The project team members may neglect the management of project
changes cause scope creep.
Budget risk: Estimated budget for the project may overrun due to some amount of
uncertainty in the project expenses.
Resource risk: The resources involved in project planning are not having sufficient skills
to manage the digital work (Heagney 2016).
Schedule risk: The estimation and assumptions made in the project are not proper as
per the project requirements and cause project delays.
