During the time of COVID any organization has faced setbacks and was not able to increase the
overall growth of the organization in positive manner. Along with this, for running the business
effectively in the competitive market it is necessary to make use of the technology as it is one of
the most effective strategy for improving the performance of employees. The present study has
been based on Tesco which is one of the famous British retail shop with the headquarter in
London.
Rational:
The present research is necessary to conduct as digital transformation is new concept in the
maker after pandemic and it has been growing day by day. Although investigating about this
topic will help in identifying the strategies related to digital workplace area and its impact on the
company.

Theme 1: To understand the concept related to workplace transformation.
As per the view of Meske and Junglas, (2021) workplace transformation is known as strategy to
improve the work force skills and to create constant change in the business. Along with this, after
the threat like pandemic it has been necessary to adopt for digital workplace transformation in
order to connect with the employees and other companies so to build their overall growth.
However, Meske and Junglas, (2021) has state that workplace transformation is necessary as it
bring more flexibility in the company and enhance the quality of work.
Theme 2: To evaluate the relation of digital workplace transformation and employee’s
performance.
Obi and Oloye, (2021) has stated that workplace transformation is very much relate with
employee’s performance as it provides them more flexibility in the company as well as it helps in
marinating smooth flow of information within the organization. It helps in encouraging the
